Takes 4-6 months maybe longer to put you to work. Nd they Alwayz say we’ll have a recruiter call you back. No retuned phone calls. Wait 2days call them oh those positions have been filled. They never return phone calls and if they don’t like you they will find an excuse to tell you and not place you anywhere. Like people have bills to pay we don’t have time to sit and wait by the phone for y’all to call us back and then you never do. Do what you tell people you’re going to do.

This place is incredible. I work for a company that utilizes their services and they do an exceptional job of understanding the client's needs and providing quality staffing solutions. They are patient, they pick up on things incredibly quick and they're always professional and courteous. Shane, at this office, is awesome. After working with employment agencies for over 10 years, he is the first person I've encountered that I TRULY feel has my company's best interest above his own and has created a win/win situation. Different companies bring different situations, but I would recommend this company to anyone seeking assistance with staffing in a heartbeat.

I am actually writing this as my boyfriend goes for a walk to cool off.
He tried Express, went through their paper work and the multiple filling out of the same question. Not that big of a deal in my opinion, my company makes you jump through hoops too. When I did my paperwork for the supervisor postion I currently hold, it took what felt like forever. Its the way of the world paperwork, paperwork, paperwork.
This is what I personally have seen and I would not recommend them. He was placed. Job went ok, however due to some unforeseen circumstances, he could no longer do the job. He called express and told them he'd like a job transfer. Which he was lead to believe was well with in his rights. They told him theyd call him back. Actually im going to say this, they have NEVER called him back any of the times he has called and or they have told him, "I will call you back". That to me is poor etiquette and poor business policies.
After getting the run around being told there were no more jobs that fit his qualifications,
when infact he was told the previous week there were 8 jobs open he was qualified for. He decides hes not waiting, he wants a job now and goes out and gets a new factory job. In his opinion, if they were not going to help, as they are advertised, he'd find it himself.
Which brings me to today. Last week we went to get his money card. Which they never told him he had to pick up the week before to activate it. He was lead to believe he could just pick it up like a paycheck. I do not know if this was his mistake or theirs, I was not privy to the conversation. What I do know is, the following is their fault. I know this because, I was present for every phone call. They told him he could come back for the check on Friday or they would mail it Friday and he could expect it by Monday.
Well monday came, no check so he calls and leaves a message, surprise no one calls him back. Tuesday comes no check, He calls and is informed the paycheck was sent on monday, not Friday as he was told.
I absolutely can not wait till we get this check, so that I never, nor does my boyfriend ever have to deal with them again. I would never reccomend them, not only do they not call you back after they told you they would. It didn't matter what the question was, it was always their go to answer. They did not do as they said they would regarding his check. It seems to be a reoccuring theme. A theme, I myself could do with out. He was extremely patient with Express, even when I would not have been, until this morning.
I feel their business practices of not calling their employees back, after saying they would and lying about what they are doing (sending the check on Friday) and or what is expected of their employees (picking up the card a week before payday to activate) is in ill form. They also never in all this time, reassigned him. This is why I have rated Express with one star.

The owner, Lee, is a constant professional, honest and a talented recruiter. If I weren't moving out of town, I would definitely work through their office again. Worked temporarily with another Express office, and the experience was completely different and a bit deceptive. Express in Fishers with Lee is the way to go!
