I had a great experience overall. The staff was friendly and attentive. I had to keep extending my reservation and they made the process seem less. I wish I would have known that there was only stairs as I struggled with that a bit but that’s not their fault as I booked with a third party. If I would have visited the website to find out more details I probably would have known more. The use of a kitchen in my room was great and so helpful for me. If I need to stay in a hotel again I will most certainly call them first. I would recommend this hotel. The guests were mostly working professionals so the property was pretty quiet. I love that after staying in other hotels in the area. Thank you for my stay!
We booked the room with a queen and a pull out, that room had bed bugs and bugs in the bathroom. The paint in the shower was also peeling off. We got switched to a smaller room with only the queen bed. That room had a white stain on the floor with rips in the carpet. The kitchen floor was sticky and the kitchen was missing a coffee pot. The bathroom had not been cleaned but was restocked. I had wiped every surface down in the second room and had gone through about 6 wet wipes by the time I was done. We also had problems with our key not always working. The only perks of this place was that it allowed 18+ to check-in, the front desk staff were super nice and understanding, and if you have a pet they allow one per room for a fee. I would not stay here again.

The first room we were offered was completely nasty. Stains on the carpet, broken latch to the window, stains on the wall and the microwave rusted out. We were offered another room, no carpet thank God, microwave had food on it, stove had what appears to be spaghetti sauce still on it. Brown ash marks or something of the sort in walls. Definitely not worth the 95 dollars, we definitely will look for a refund.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE I went there with a friend of mine and the customer service agent at the desk named Isaiah, stole her cash app card info and then stole money from her account $ 350.00/300 first transaction then 50 last time . They were trying to pay for a week and this was all the money they had. We reported it to the location and they were given a free night and an investigation was started, supposedly. The manger has not been back in touch since the morning after and the rep is still working there. ????? I just don't know what to say.
Would've been a nice stay if not for the very strong smoke smell! I don't know if they even made an effort to clear the powerful cigarette odor out but it was a major turn off. It's so strong that it I had to use my perfume to spray the curtains in the bedroom, bathroom and even my pillows. Also triggered my nasal allergies. My husband caught colds due to it too. Previous guest before us definitely smoked because the cigarette burned a few places and left brown markings on the sink, bathtub. To add up, the window screen was detached most likely done by the lazy previous guest for them to smoke in the room and just blow it out the window! Which explains the stinky smoke smell all over the curtain, bedsheet, pillowcases, and couch. I just don't know if the housekeeper knew about the window screen since the window didn't look like been cleaned at all. The kitchen vent doesn't work.The housekeeper whoever cleaned our room before we checked in, I feel like he/she only shoved some cigarette ashes or whatever the heck that was behind the door and I don't intend to inspect what in the world that was, it looked nasty Could've been better if the toilet has bidet. There's free breakfast coffee and muffins in the morning, but you have to get it downstairs and only available until supplies last. They provide spoons, forks, plates and bowls upon request, no extra fee. There's spare plastic bags for your trash under the sink that I think is so nice.
I’ve never seen a hotel this dirty. They must not have any cleaning staff. Do NOT stay here. I don’t typically make negative reviews. But I’m being honest. The parking lot, lobby, halls, and room was filthy and unfit for anyone! Hair on sheets, blood droplets on carpet/wall, dried up pee on bathroom floor, dead roaches everywhere. SEE PICS.
I'm giving them 5 stars just off customer service alone. This has been the best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. Better than chick fil a lol...they really went above and beyond for me and my family, they dont even realize. Nice sized rooms, wasn't 100% cleaned but your supposed to wipe down when staying at a hotel anyway, that's just common sense. Thank-you so much Beth and Crystal. Give those Queens a raise. They definitely deserve it
The building is very run down and in need of repairs. The arm rails on the stairs actually fell off the wall and none of the rails were secure anyway in the building. Not disability friendly since there were only stairs in the building and none of the railings were secured. The comforter had stains on it. The shower tub was discolored. There was clearly something visibly clogging the shower drain. The gap between the floor and the bottom of the door was large enough for me to fit all of my fingers under the door into the hallway so I had to stuff the gap with a towel for privacy. Definitely not worth $300 for 2 nights. The only positive was the front desk staff were very pleasant and nice.
Lobby stinks of marijuana. Check in was to be a 3 PM. Rooms were not ready. Front desk staff said wait in the lobby and we will call you when the room is ready. They never called, but surely took my $70 for the stay. Small price to pay to rid myself of this lousy hotel.Service: 1/5
