Do not stay here. Hotel is filthy and reeks of smoke. People smoking in the halls and throughout hotel, and if you complain they will place a charge on your card and lie and say you smoked. Thieves!! No accountability. They will steal your money and get away with it. Filthy, scamming hotel. Read the reviews, they will answer and try to act all apologetic and professional. They are lying thieves and they don’t care because they know they will get away with it. Do not stay here!!

I have read the reviews and can honestly say I do not understand why people are complaining. You get what you pay for. The pros: *The hotel is decently clean *Small kitchen in each room convenient for quick snacks and meals on the go *Staff are friendly and courteous *Bed is decently comfortable for a hotel bed *Internet is quick for most applications *Quiet *Decent cable package *Laundry room is functional and easy to use accepting quarters, credit cards and pay by app *Clean linens are available upon request *Parking lot and walkways are well lit Cons *Lobby and common areas smell like smoke *Rooms are not already stocked dishes, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, etc...must be checked out at the desk and returned when finished or stay is completed *Rooms are functional but VERY worn and dated *Not well equipped with toiletries 1 bar of soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 of each towel for a 15 day stay *Hallways are dark Anyone staying here should not expect that you are at the plaza. You are not getting turn down service, mints on the pillow or a maid in your room at your whim. You are getting clean basic accommodations at a reasonable price for the area. To the management of Extended Stay, while I understand and appreciate limited housekeeping, you may want to leave the rooms stocked or equipped so guests do not have to visit the desk for everything, especially toiletries. It is a bit embarrassing to stand in queue at the desk because you need soap or toilet paper.

To hotel management if you truly “appreciated” my prolonged patience you would give me back my money you stole from me. We contacted your corporate and they were just as arrogant and negligent as your staff. I will ask one more time that I have my money returned, I will be back through that area 2/2 and if I haven’t been contacted regarding my stolen money being returned my family and I will continue with legal action against your scam based company. I will also be suing for the people that have been scammed by you in the past, as stated in several reviews I have read. I do not want this happening to anyone else and I will make sure of it, if you do not make what you have done right. Do not make the mistake of taking this lightly. -Brandon W. Bown

Not over the top with bells and whistles, but the bed was comfortable, and the room was just what was needed for the overnight stop. All of the people who work there that we saw were very friendly and went above and beyond suggesting places to eat or providing an answer to a question.Rooms: 4/5

This is the place where you can stay peacefully for a long time without any disturbance.. You can cook food as per your habit and choice .. But i am giving it 4 stars because of their house keeping system.. They clean your room once in 15 days...so this was little bit awkward to me..Rooms: 5/5

Wanted a cheap room with just a fridge and microwave. Instead, not only for I get full size fridge and microwave, but a stove , washing sink, and free utensils, ceramic plates, cups bowls, pots and pans. For about $100 bucks, come on. Room was clean tv with cable.

This place is nasty. The hotel lobby wreaked of cigarettes, including a smoky haze. A very unpleasant receptionist! Hallways are very dim. Carpets filthy. The room musty smelling. Carpet in room has stains everywhere. Bathroom questionable, we will try the shower tomorrow. Checking out and changing hotels tomorrow. We were super tired or we would have left tonight. Disgusting!

Never clean, housekeeping is useless they never can give you towels while on your floor they take things out of your room and it took a whole 2 1/2 months to even step foot in my room for a “cleaning” the owner should seriously consider a new staff or to just shut down the building. The manager is NEVER there she is more useless than housekeeping

Terrible sketchy place! My college friend and I met up for a girls weekend and booked 2 nights here….we didn’t even stay one night! Dark, dingy and dirty. Smelled like cigarettes and weed from the moment we got out of the car right up to the room. We did not feel safe and there was evidence of bed bugs. We walked right out and booked a room for twice the price at the Hilton down the street.

Do not stay at this hotel!! It is filthy, nasty and the hotel stinks of cigarettes and they will put false charges on your credit card and lie and steal your money. Straight up theft!!! And there is zero accountabilityRooms: 1/5
