Extended Stay America - Omaha - West

I loved that the rooms had separation, so I felt like I was in my own apartment. They could use some updating, but everything was functional. We had bare floors which were easy to clean up and our own full-size fridge and oven/stove to cook our own meals if we chose. Located on a main street with many restaurants and shopping on the same street. Easy to get back on highway too.

Broken driers, only one works in the whole hotel. Cigarette smoke permanently in the hallways. Staff come banging on your door asking if you need the room cleaned. My food from Doordash and both times were left laying down at the door "because it was late". Zero customer service. My deposit was stolen claiming my room smelt of smoke. Heavy set woman was very rude and screaming over the phone that she is calling the cops? Left my husband and i very confused.

Got booted out after there for day and paid for a month really big heavy set lady said I was smoking in the room automatically blamed me but I wasn't even there. Took like week to get a refund back from them.Rooms: 1/5

This ESA was a good place to stay. We stayed for a few months for a job so I got to know the place well. Ms. Jamie is the best worker in the place. She’s sweet, caring, and a joy to see everyday. They are doing updates so it looked better everyday we were there. The rooms are clean, it’s quiet, and a nice neighborhood. Affordable. The ONLY complaint I have is your key card won’t work on the outside doors after 10:30-11ish so you have to walk around in the dark to the lobby door. I spoke with them about a few different times but it never got worked out while I was there.

I was in Omaha, on business and stayed here a few weeks. It's in desperate need of an update. Most of the staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating. The room was decent, it came equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove with an oven and a dishwasher. Aside from my car being broken in to, my stay was uneventful.Rooms: 3/5

The Manager Jamie is amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed. The staff were very professional and polite. And the hotel was kept very clean. The rooms are nice. I enjoyed my time away from the kids lol. It was a very comfortable stay. Kind of felt like home away from home. Very reasonable price for what is offered! I will definitely be back!

Overall I like the place! It was quiet and they offer a safety deposit box for your more personal items. They are Military friendly and accommodate families just as well. Now for the price even without a discount it's an entire suite, kitchen, stove n all. If it were up to me id rent the room for months. But they are always booked in advance. Rooms: Spacious, accommodating, & I'd describe them as royally made for you to unwind. Safety: I feel at ease and I'm PTSD prone. Noteworthy details: Very friendly staff, their patience exceeds my own .

Wow! This place is awesome. Great rates, very clean and comfortable beds. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and this has been one of my most enjoyable stays. The staff Jamie and Robbin at the front were very friendly and extremally helpful. I felt safe and I'm really glad I found this place. The rooms are big, and have a nice home feeling. I couldn't ask for more!!! Ten stars here.
