Staff was friendly and great. The move out was an easy process, I would suggest possibly having vending machines in the entrance or close by the entrance, and the bathrooms be much more attended. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Terrell was a pleasure to work with. He made sure the process was smooth and answered all the questions I had regarding my unit. Will definitely use again.

I was helped by a young lady named Stacey and she was very helpful and informative. She made sure I understood the contract agreement and spent more than ample time ensuring I was comfortable with all contractual agreement. She was pleasant and made my experience very pleasant. I would highly recommend this Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit.

The lady there gave me a call to remind me about the unit I was looking into they had it on hold for me for about 2 days which was very generous of them. When I arrived there were 2 ladies and were very pleasant when I walked in. I had mentioned to them that I was the one looking for a 5 by 10 unit and she was able to get me into one. She went over all the details very thoroughly and made sure I had no questions unanswered. She then printed out all the paperwork that I needed to sign and showed me page by page the contract and explained it in depth to me so that I understood it to the tee. Once I finished all the paperwork she offered to walk me to my unit and even showed me how to use the lock. She explained that they had carts that we can use to bring our belongings up through the elevator. I have rented from this place before and both times now I was very pleasantly pleased. The staff they have here are awesome and make sure you are comfortable with the decision you are making. They make sure you have enough space in your unit. They are very clear about the policies of renting the unit and overall are very professional and nice. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing to rent a storage unit. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable and being so nice it is very appreciated.

I love my experience there .quick and easy .And my car was in good hands. Employees nice and have wonderful patience. Which is key to me customer service is A1 .would definitely recommend. THANKS AGAIN.
