Eva Sanchez-Sanchez, has a great customer service and communication skills. She explained everything to me and make the process of everything so much easier for being my first time getting a store unit. I highly recommend it.

Eva and the management staff at Extra Space provide a truely exceptional customer experience! From the clean welcoming facilities to the enhanced security protocols Extra Space has storage figured out! They personally go above and beyond to resolve customer issues even when like mine are out of the ordinary. I would highly recommend Extra Space for everyone! Even those living out of state can rest assured your possessions are safe.

I rent several storage units from different companies in different geographic locations. This location, Extra Space Storage on N Henry St in Alex., VA is the best! Most of the credit goes to the manager, Charika , who is always available, friendly but professional, and solves any issue which may arrive with my units. Good job!

Charika is the best!!! Had the lovely pleasure of working with her recently to rent several storage units across the nation for business this past week. She was so friendly, knowledgable, and extremely patient when walking me through the leasing process. It was a significantly more seamless visit then I was anticipating and I honestly think I owe that all to Charika!

Charika and Eva are awesome! They helped me find a larger climate controlled unit that fit my needs when my movers warned me I had rented one too small! The place is very conveniently located on N Henry St at Fayetteville St (near the railroad overpass) in the Old Town North area near Potomac Yards. The storage units are CLEAN and in good shape. Roomy elevator. Secure building. They have boxes and packing supplies. And their computer system is top notch making registering and signin and payment sooo easy. Access with passcode from 6 AM to 10 PM.
