Extra Space Storage

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage! The staff was very kind and helpful and I was impressed by the customer service. The woman that worked with me walked me to my storage spot several times in the cold weather when I was lost, rather than just directing me like most would do. The rate is affordable compared to many other storage units I looked into and I would highly recommend this storage space to anyone!

Staff was so helpful! This was the best part of my stressful moving day. They answered every question, showed me where to park, how to access the facility, and made sure I understood all terms and conditions. I will recommend this place to anyone needing storage in the area!

Both Dilsa and David were extremely helpful and pleasant. They made sure I understood the terms of the facility, and the whole process was easy and clear, with no hard sell. This despite their office being demolished ahead of a major renovation. The facility is clean and well organized; what's not to like?

The Falls Church facility is very clean and well lit. Staff is professional and kind. They remember our names when we walk in the door, ask about our child AND will even loan you a gas can/offer you a ride when you run out of gas. With service like this you can't go wrong!
