Extra Space Storage

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Never seen and experienced such awesome customer service! They make you feel like they have known you for years! Always when I walk in, they are smiling and just happy to be doing what they do. They are also willing to work with you if you may be late making a payment. There's always a grace period 😊 any questions you have, they always have an answer and that is hard to come by especially with the questions I have! Never had any problems with Extra Storage Space and I'm truly happy I chose them!! You won't be disappointed 🤗

I was very worried this being my first time with storage but Erica and Richard made a great experience. They were so welcoming and make me feel comfortable with what I was purchasing to store my valuables. I would definitely recommend people come here for their storage needs.

This place is great! Staff is amazing and helpful and will go above and beyond to help you understand the process. My items feel safe in this facility and that was my biggest concern, but not one anymore!!

Mrs. Erica hook me up. My daughter goes to school in Boston and I needed to do a remote lease for her dorm items and Mrs. ERICA walked me through EVERYTHING. She was AMAZING! I will be using extra space for the remainder of my daughter's college career!

I haven't needed a storage unit in years and selected Extra Space Storage based upon Google reviews. They did not disappoint. Erica assisted me and did a fabulous job. She made the process quick and easy and did all she could to find me the best price. I highly recommend Extra Space on General Booth..
