Extra Space Storage

Jason goes beyond extraordinary when it comes to Customer Care and Satisfaction. Due to unforeseen circumstances(including getting stuck at the train tracks, while not one, but TWO trains, crept slowly by), we were woefully late for our reservation to review and purchase our storage unit. He showed us nothing but grace and understanding. The service of signing up was a simple one, and my family and I shared laughter and great stories with Jason, which made the process that much quicker. We will happily refer friends and family to Extra Space Storage any chance we get.

I had such a great experience here. I unfortunately did not realize that the size I picked was not big enough for all of my stuff. I went back in thinking they were going to charge me an arm and a leg to get a larger size but instead it was a very easy switch. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Jason provided excellent and informative service, very helpful and kind. Assisted with getting us set up and thoroughly went over the policy. I would recommend anyone to this establishment!! Great customer service!

Angie is very helpful and friendly. Very quick and smooth renting experience. A unit is a unit. Choose a spot with good people.
