Cindy at the Monterey location was awesome, she runs (i think) that location and does an awesome job. She was super helpful and helped me understand their offerings and how to best maximize their offerings. I definitely recommend, mostly because of how easy it was to work with Cindy. Facilities were clean, well located.

The staff at this location is very friendly and very helpful. I was driving into the area with a truck, but would arrive very close to the end of their office hours on a Friday. They called me several times to check on my progress, and when it became clear that I would arrive after they closed, they checked my route, found another Extra Space Storage location, and arranged for me to stop and sign the lease at the other location. When I arrived, they were more than accommodating with my initial move-in. I very much recommend the Dela Vina, Monterey location!

Cindy is the greatest! She helped me with all my questions and was very accommodating. The area was very convenient and felt safe to put my valuables there.

The Site Manager Cindy was very helpful in getting a perfect unit for a short term lease during the summer. Her advisement on how to finish our registration by going to a Extra Space Storage facility in Orange County made the process very easy and simple to rent this unit.

Great place for storing all your extras! Clean, and convenient. Easy access . Moving in and out is a breeze! I needed a place for a year to store items until my home was finished and this was just the place! Highly recommend for your storage needs.
