I met Jenny when I went to inquire about moving my things out of storage since i was moving out of state. She was great from the very beginning. Her friendly personality made me feel comfortable and explained the process where it was easy for me to understand. She was very informative. Jenny is awesome!

Glori and Madeline and Jenny were excellent! They allowed us to stay 20 minutes beyond the closing hours to complete our move in and even helped with keeping the elevators accessible. Everyone who works here is super nice, Jenny was especially helpful in finding me the right unit for my budget! It's convenient off the subway and feels very secure. Loading spots and carts in front.

Maurice showed us, my spouse and I, the facility in a professional and knowledgeable manner. He was patient and fully answered all our inquiries. Maurice toured us through the building to give us some familiarity. I recommend both the storage and Maurice for prospective renters.

I came in at 6:55 rushing because they close at 7 but jenni and her coworkers were so nice and helpful and they stayed a few extra minutes to let me and my boyfriend move our boxes upstairs! They weren’t rude about it at all. They are really all about customer care!
