Although I experienced difficulties filling the lease online; Elba, at the location made it such a breeze! She was very welcoming, informative and super professional! I'm very happy I didn't go through the contactless process and came to the location as it gave me the opportunity to get introduce to everything in real life and by Elba's hand. Location is clean and very comfortable to get in and out.
Elba was super helpful in helping my coworkers and I move out stuff from our clinics storage unit! Very friendly and everything worked out perfectly, thank you!
Elba Rosario was fantastic in setting me up with a great unit, I have been using Extra Space Storage for the past 5 years and it’s been a smooth and pleasant experience. Very well maintained building and all common areas very clean.
The price is very misleading. They offer you a promotional rate for up to 4 months and then double your rent to "market rate." For example, I had a promotional rate of $83 per month and received a letter doubling the rent to $168 and when I called they said they could drop the rate to $138. Watch out for this!

The facilities were clean and always available when I needed to store or retrieve any of my belongings.
Either had Extra Storage for 4 months and it was great while I was traveling. They are very responsive and able to answer any questions I had. Storage is also easily accessible.
