Extra Space Storage

I had a good review before but I had to edit it. My belongings were all messed up, roaches and rat fesses all over my families clothing. Having to start all over now and buy my children new clothing, and what sucks the most is that It’s cold and they barely have anything. First time ever getting storage and this was the worst experience ever. Please check out your storage space before purchasing and find out if they have a rodent issue before hand. Don’t get me wrong , the staff was very nice but the storage itself has a problem. The rats even bit up our shoes my kids winter clothes and shoes roaches all in the clothes and my youngest is allergic to roaches which makes it worst. If I can give less than one star I would, all my important papers I have to try and get them all over again.

Had an unfortunate experience on 10/7/22. The young lady at the front desk with the dark hair was so rude and unprofessional. I have never had this experience before as I have been a customer here over 2 years. However I would not allow this encounter to go unrecognized and mgmt. needs to be aware of who they have working there. Kindness goes a long way and so does rudeness. Reconsidering my continued business as a result.

I had the pleasure of meeting Raquel at Extra Space Storage recently. It was a gratifying experience to finally meet her in person as our dialogue had only previously been on the phone. She expertly explained everything I asked and needed to know with patience and understanding. I sincerely appreciated her assistance! Thank you!

Miss Clisary I believe that’s how you spell it she was really sweet and helpful when it came to me getting a unit. Also because I had a lot of stuff she helped me find a unit big enough for all my stuff.
