Great experience with Claude the Store Manager was very helpful during my move. Clean unit and Site. Rented a unit near the door quick and easy access. Thank you Claude ! Only rented because of his excellent presentation in the beginning.

Claude was very helpful and personable. He made sure that we understood all of our options. He gave us various units to compare to and he was very knowledgeable on everything. Overall, I had a great experience with Claude and would encourage everyone to rent from Extra Space Storage on Cadillac Road.

The facility doubled my storage rent price after 4 months & then had inoperable elevators on my day of move out which forced me to hire a moving company to get down the stairs with my heavy items. After reaching out for partial reimbursement on the situation they explained nothing would be done. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for stress free storage.

Store manager Claude was very helpful. The move process in was really smooth. I appreciate his pleasant and respectful communication skills. He made me feel welcome.

Easy & convenient. I was able to take care of everything prior to my arrival. Text messages and email confirmation arrived immediately upon payment. Arrived at storage site and unit was already complete with lock. Very affordable.

Rented a storage unit and couldn’t move in by the date because of personal issues so called and spoke to the manager and she handled the situation professionally and I was completely happy with the service.

I was upset by the increases from 12 months to 9 months and whatever you all decided. The moving was not good because they have vehicles on the narrow side. Refused to allow pod in to be loaded fir 2.5 hours. The township said they are suppose to accommodate the renter to remove items since pods are not allowed on streets. I went to get a permit and it is written boldly and underline. How does a storage now know the rules for pods??? Lastly my payment date gets change after I inquired about moving from 12th to the 10th of the month. So no I don't have a good review for a storage that does impulsive changes. Uninformed staff!!!!!

The room i rented was suppose to be climate control I had brown spots on the deep freezer. Luckily I had already removed my mattress. I rent went up $20 without notifying me. This was a total mess. I will never use EPS again nor will I refer anyone.

Made a reservation online, stopped by the office to complete. Claude was very helpful knowledgeable, clean site, great customer service I will refer friends and family. Thank you Claude & Extra Space Storage !
