I had the pleasure of working with Juan to set up our storage unit. To say it was a great experience would be an understatement. Juan is not only one of the nicest people I’ve ever interacted with, but he was knowledgeable, honest and so much fun! Thank you for making this work errand an absolute joy!

And his explanations for the amount of storage that I needed it was excellent. His name Juan is One so help me customer service I was so very important that he’s bilingual. I understand in both languages he gave me special offers and I just want to say that he was a very great customer service. Very helpful. It was my first time being there and I honestly felt comfortable to rent a storage place.

Juan was extremely helpful! When I first reserved the unit it was all online. Immediately after setting it up he sent me a very nice welcome message. And has been quite helpful and friendly when ever I see him working. Highly recommend this ExtraSpace storage unit location if you need a unit!

Juan Amaya, great customer service! He was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable about what type of storage we needed. He walked us through the whole process, which made everything easy and stress free. Thank you so much.

Juan was exceptional at serving our unit - he found us discounts and explained everything it detail. Units are clean and easy accessible. They are open 6am- 10pm so I can get to my unit at any time.

My experience here has been great, thus far. The facility’s upkeep is near-perfect, the units and hallways are clean, the gates work very well, and they provide complimentary box carts to aid you with moving your belongings in!  Juan, though, who’s the establishment’s manager, is the Star of the facility: he has impeccable customer service; top-tier quality, for sure! He’s exceptionally knowledgeable, well versed, friendly, and very accommodating—thank you for all your assistance, Juan!

Oh my goodness, Juan at the Rancho Drive location in Vegas is phenomenal!! I simply can't say enough good about him!! When our family was in crisis and I was beside myself, he was like a friend, helping me get my sister's account squared away and assuring me that her stuff was secure and really treated me with not just respect, but with compassion and genuine care. That is something that is so rare these days. Juan really went above and beyond for our family!! I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!

I used Extra Space Storage for 6 years. The place is clean and nice. However, they would raise my rates at least 2 times per year and I got tired of paying high prices for a small 5x5 storage locker. I asked if they would make an exception and lower the rate to a more affordable rate, but they would not do it. So, I packed up and left.

Juan is super friendly and always ready to assist in anyway possible way. You guys are lucky to have him. facilities/units are also spotless as well as the hallways. Very impressive.

I’ve been renting at this location since 2019 and I am super happy with my experience. I am especially happy with Juan the store manager who has made my stay at this location feel comfortable and safe. He is part of the reason I continue to rent here.
