Very disappointed on how Managment handle my situation and how they didn’t even try to do anything to make me feel better about it and no reply to my emails. I rented out a unit for over 13 month $355 a month. And had a bad pest problem. I decided to move because of the bad handle of everything. To make it brief, I requested 7 days to move out and manager still charged me those extra days. I feel as good business he should of credit or waive that fee just because of my pest problem with he’s units. And I sent him an email asking for that and he failed to even reply to say no we can’t do. Just ignored my email. I for sure will not do business again at least at this location.
Darius was very helpful and very informative. He made us feel very comfortable during our visit. We have had very bad experiences with our previous storage facility with stealing but he made us feel very confident and secure in our decision to store the things closest to our hearts here.
Darius was very helpful with transferring me to a new storage space , he explained the process and even helped he find a unit that was the perfect size and close to my old unit. I appreciate that he remember he the next day when i called back to transfer units. His attentiveness made the process really smooth.
Darius Jones and Tiara provided excellent customer service. We rented 3 units. Units were clean and well climate controlled.
Working with Extra Space has been great. The initial admin process was smooth and the team is super helpful. Have worked with Tiara and Darius and they answered all my questions and got my set up.
PRICE GOUGING! The facility is nice and they have great prices, BUT, those prices are not guaranteed. They reserve the right to raise prices as much as they want and when they see fit. All they have to do is provide you with a 30 day notice, as if you could do anything about it. As an example, we rented our storage unit one year ago at a rate of $99. Within 6 months they raised it to $178 nearly 80% increase. Just received a new bill with no 30 day notice that they increased it to $206. Such as dishonest approach. Super messed up. I've rented with other extraspace locations such as the one in DC on Taylor Street and never faced this issue. Avoid at all costs so you don't get stuck paying to move your stuff in 6 or 12 months to another location.
Today! Darius was extremely helpful with helping me understanding my account issues! And I see he keeps the property clean and well maintained, Awesome experience on a Sunday.
The building and units was spotless great upkeep and Tiara customer service was excellent. Tiara was also great at explaining and showing of units and pricing.
Great service! Love the online support and the helpful office staff. Can handle all the administrative tasks remote!
Darius helped me out today, very kind and quick to resolve my issue. Pleasant and professional customer service. Great storage space! I got them last year and haven't ever had any issues. Always very friendly and accommodating, highly recommend.
