I actually came inside because the storage company across the street was closed. But I am glad I did. I received great customer service and it was a simple and quick process. Also they had virtual videos that made picking out a unit super simple!
Sign up was easy. A complication with the storage unit caused by somebody accidentally locking my assigned unit instead of theirs was quickly resolved. Nice staff, clean facility, the inclosed unloading area is very helpful in hot weather and rainstorms.
Completed the renting process online and it was super easy. Stopped pass the storage space and apple with Sam. Super nice, super informative, and comforting to know it’s an open door with the team.

I was very pleased with extra space storage on Belmont Ave. Great Customer Sevice!! Keshaun was great! Very professional and took care of me right away. Very helpful!! The building is very clean.
