Exzact Window Tinting

Took my 2019 Tesla to them after having my windshield replaced and needing window tinting done. They were able to match the tint perfectly and did an amazing job. They took the time to explain all of the different options, quality, and types. Great staff, beautiful job, and one of the ONLY places willing to touch a Tesla in the area. While we were there we saw them working on another Tesla and applying a ceramic coating. The quality of the work was amazing, the car was shining and absolutely stunning. After discussing the benefits and different types we decided to get the 5 year ceramic coat done. They were easily able to schedule us for the following week. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was done by that evening. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! They were able to buff out some of the minor imperfections in the paint and made her shine like she was brand new! 100% recommend them, they were wonderful. Definitely 5 star service and product. Keith and his crew put Llumar Formula One Stratos Series film on all the windows of my 2023 Genesis GV80 and it looks AMAZING!! They were extremely professional and knocked it out in no time. Next, they turned it over to Robert for the 9H Ceramic Coating exterior and interior. Robert was phenomenal! He was professional, meticulous and extremely helpful. He explained the process and made sure that we knew exactly how to care for our vehicle after leaving. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this shop. Very highly recommend using Exzact for all tinting needs for vehicles, residential, and commercial. Super professional and stand by their work! I took my car in to get the windshield tinted. I changed my mind about the product before my appt and they were super flexible with it. Then I got the signals crossed on after care and my windshield started to have some small issues my fault. They brought me in and fixed it back to perfect. Over the last couple of months I have had the pleasure of getting to know everyone at this shop. After purchasing my dream car 1997 Acura NSX they treated her like a two week stay at the Spa. I'd check on her every couple of days and the interaction with all of the techs was always professional but friendly. When I got her back...WOW. Showroom condition if not better. They removed some very old paint protection film, did a full Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating, PPF and Tinting...the full package. Then, after only having it for a short time, something or someone put a series of scratches on the rear quarter that literally caused me nightmares. I took it back to them and because of the ceramic coating and their experience, they were able to correct the scratches without any body work. This is my forever Car Spa! I drove 2 hours to get my windows tinted here because according to reviews they were supposed to be the best around well I paid almost $900 to get my car tinted I told the man after I picked it up that that was not the correct percent of tent that I wanted that I absolutely hated it because you can see all the way through my car and I wanted it dark like 5% he told me I'd have to pay to have it redone and I specifically ask when I made the appointment if they was okay with tinting it 5%. He told me yes he would send it any shade I wanted I think if you pay that much for something it should be right I shouldn't have to pay an additional $900 for him to retint it and I could see if I come back weeks later and said that I didn't like it but I told him that day and to really put the icing on the cake the window tint is coming off so now I have to drive back for them to try to redo it but yet they want me to pay to have my window tint done like I want it so needless to say don't go off of the reviews

This is my first time writing a review for anything, and these guys definitely deserve every word written! I spoke with Keith, who got me in next day, and I was in and out in under an hour for a full vehicle window tint. The quality of the job was a 10/10 and what makes it even better is these guys take pride in their job and it shows. I wouldn't go to anyone else in the PCB/Santa Rosa area.
