I went in for a annual eye exam and found to have a cataract and need surgery. Dr Chiang was very nice and explained the choice needed to make and set up the surgery. Thank you for your kindness.

Very unhelpful. There was an issue with my insurance and the representative was unwilling to help solve it or ask for assistance from other staff. Ended up canceling appointment. It was also an urgent care visit and it was obvious she didn’t want to deal with the situation.
