I went to this location for a regular eye exam as well as an exam for contact lenses. Everyone who worked there was knowledgable, professional, and warm. The prices were also reasonable. This doctor happens to be really close to my house, but if they were in another part of the city, I'd go out of my way to go there. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

I have been with eye mart for a while. By Merle Hay mall. I would like to thank Tina,Angela,Dr. Lisa, and Ben for the friendly and very helpful services they have done for me over the years. Thank you all!!

I have been to one of there other locations and I felt miss treated this location was great they cared way more and treated me with respect I will continue to come to this location for all my eye needs

The doctor is very pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently. She had a good attitude and was always smiling. The receptionist was great at being attentive to helping me pick out a pair of glasses, she was also knowledgeable, and great at multitasking! I would highly recommend!

The absolutely worst service I’ve experienced. My whole family use to come here until my dad went to target optical and had a routine check up and found out he’s had glaucoma for years. In which eyemart over looked and never treated for several years. My mother has had issues with reading and the doctor told her sorry I don’t know what to do for you, that was her last visit there. My glasses were eaten by my dog so I went to purchase glasses so I could drive to work the next day and they told me no due to expired prescription. While understandable, there should be flexibility when it comes to customers visions needs in a safety capacity. Which was just this. The staff as rude and not understanding. Not to mention the store front looks like it could use a good clean. Eyemart will be losing all customers in my family and friend base due to lack of care for customers.

Thank you for the great experience! The entire process - from the exam to picking out the best glasses for my face was quick and easy. They have flexible appointment times and were ready for me when I arrived. The eye exam was very thorough - I learned so much about my vision and left with a better understanding of why my vision is the way it is. After my exam the women in the front office helped me find the best glasses for me and when they told me the total for a pair of bifocal glasses and polarized bifocal sunglasses I thought they forgot to charge me for everything. They did not - their prices are just that good! The selection is fashionable and current. EVERYONE was friendly and customer focused. Don't waste your time shopping around; I can't imagine a place that will provide this level of expertise customer service ...and the value is incredible! And they accept insurance too!

I heard from a friend that EyeMart had some great deals on glasses. I went to take a look and ended up finding a pair within minutes that I loved so much I ordered them in two different colors Hemingway’s. My insurance covered a good portion of the first pair and I got the second pair for 40% off per the special sale they were running. They arrived within days or ordering and I’m very happy with them. The staff that helped me during both visits were very friendly and made it a great experience. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Eye Mart! I was finally able to find some petite frames to fit my face! Ended up getting regular glasses and sunglasses! Prices are great and Ryan is an awesome representative for your store! I needed an adjustment after I got my new glasses, he adjusted them super quick and was very nice about it! Great place to go!!!
