This was my first time visiting my eye doctor Elm st location, and the staff were very knowledgeable! The store manager in particular Charlotte when above, and beyond to ensure not only my glasses were functional but stylish as well. Charlotte was very patient with allowing me to choose the glasses that best fit my budget and insurance. With this being my first experience at the store, I would certainly recommend to family and friends to come and have a great experience!!
I went in in Feb for a comprehensive exam and I only wear contacts. I did not get a contact fitting/prescription as the dr was referring me for LASIK. Said I could just come back in and get fitted. I was not told I had to do this within 5 months. They will not credit me anything towards a new comprehensive exam and want to charge me another $238 for the prescription I need. An waste of the Feb exam and monies spent. Per “MANAGER ANITA” this is not something we can do. They can do something, they are choosing not to. I would not recommend my eye Dr to anyone after this. Appointment tomorrow at BJ’s optical.
Stay away from this place! Absolutely unprofessional . Bad experience with them , they lost my frame and keep told me on the way after month they finally said not it been lose and you have to pick new one put after another month now they call me to come pick the frame and take it by my self to the lab because they short with staff today show up and they ask me to go for the south willow to pick them from there because they don’t have enough staff to got it end up got different per that not the same one I pick and pay for because they don’t have it in stock any more and delay 2 month with jumping from one branch to the other branch to got my classes
The staff at this Manchester NH location are bright, happy and helpful. The corporate phone system and customer notification system, not so good and not respectful of the time of customers. After waiting many weeks for the promised call that glasses were in, I found out that the National System sent a "text" to my office phone number that does not accept texts. Needless delay and they did not even offer anything for the trouble. Not what I would expect from a full service full retail price office. If I had time to waste, I could have gone online and will next time. Sorry not MyEyeDr.
They were amazing!! They set me up with an appointment the day I called. Everyone was super friendly and the doctor was great and very thorough. Also the young lady that helped me pick out my glasses was so helpful. I was in and out and felt reassured.Thank you guys for everything. I can't wait to get my new Tiffany & Co glasses.
My most recent experience here resulted in a RX change and a different pair of contact lenses other than my usual. The doctor on my initial visit seemed a bit hurried. Unfortunately nothing was explained regarding any differences I may experience in my distance or near vision, only that the contacts I was wearing were not in stock and the replacement was a close alternative. I certainly did notice this change in vision and reached out after a week to see if I could get some clarification. The receptionist said I just had an eye exam and she'd have to check with the doctor if I could come back, I was told that the doctor had approved my return visit. This phrasing I believe needs adjusting and could be more polite. My return visit resulted in a more detailed explanation regarding my vision but again I experienced a tech who was hurried, speaking so fast they were almost stumbling over their own words and moving at a pace for a early appointment that did not seem justified. The doctor did re-examine my eyes and explained in further detail what they thought I was experiencing. I only wish that this was made clear on my first visit as I was charged again for the follow up appointment regarding my vision concerns which could have been alleviated if the above was explained upon my first visit. Bottom line, the staff I interacted with seemed to be moving at an un-necessarily hurried pace and for no justified reason. Take your time, relax, exhibit some empathy for your patients and the experience will be much better. Charging a customer for a quick follow up regarding their vision due to the lack of clarity on behalf of the staff on the first visit raised a flag for me. This is why the rating is 2 stars, that and I had to again ask for a copy of my RX when it should have been printed off and handed to me upon the end of my visit.
5 stars for several reasons! The store, the waiting area, and the exam rooms were incredibly clean. Everyone was wearing face masks plus there was signage promoting mask wearing at both entrances. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this provider and will continue to use their services.
5 of my children are patients here,and I can't even find nice enough words to describe how absolutely wonderful everyone at Eye See is, By far the BEST care every time. From the warm, inviting, amazing front desk staff, to the medical provider's and picking glasses in the end, just an all around incredible experience. Our family loves Eye See and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to see
I actually was surprised when i walked in. AGoodThing The staff greeted me when i arrived. Clean and maintained office. I like that i was informed of several things i didn't understand. This location was easy to find. This particular location has more than one entrance/exit.
Great place friendly, informative, they just do good work. Cost may be a very small amount higher. However it is not LensCrafters here they take the time do it right and you get what you pay for! The gained two new customers as after telling my better half what was done she plans to make appointment. Worn glasses most her life and never had so thorough friendly and educational eye doctor she will be going in Feb.
