Eyebrow Express

Please don’t go here. I think my photo says it all. The lady spent all of 3 minutes on my brows, and I thought, there’s no way she did a good job. I was right. They’re different shapes, different widths, I have patches of hair missing. I’m mortified.

I went back for the first time since the pandemic. The staff no longer use their mouths to thread but their new method worked just as well. The staff wore masks the whole time. I was very impressed and will be back again!

Didn’t have a handheld mirror on hand to properly check that all the hairs were gone, which has always been my standard experience at any threading place. Hairs were missed on upper lip, and eyebrows were over threaded even though I said I just wanted a clean up.

I am new in Alexandria and I was looking for the right place to get my brows done. I went for the good reviews and wow excellent service, fair prices, my eyebrows just as I wanted them in less than 15 min. I'm sure I'll come back every month.

Been going here several years, quality job and they get you in and out. Convenient location, cute shop! I trust them so much I went here before my wedding… they do a great job every time I go.

Quick, painless, and pleasant! ETA: I wrote this review 5 years ago. I still agree with it. However, they were closed the last 2 attempts to get my eyebrows threaded with a sign on the door saying they'd be open tomorrow. Part of being a good business is having reliable operating hours.

I believe this place might be a hit or miss with who does the service. I didn’t catch the name of mine, but not satisfied at all : Wouldn’t recommend it.

The best place to do eyebrows! It is fast, fair price and always well done. The only place I do my eyebrows. High recommend!!

I have been here a few times and have never been disappointed. A few months ago half my eyebrows disappeared from a bad wax job. So I’ve been letting these bad boys grow out. I love my natural eyebrow, and shape so it’s been a journey trying to get them back to what they looked like. When I go in I ask for a clean up, and for them not to be to thin. Today I asked for the same thing but to leave the ends a little thicker so my hair can continue to grow and once I’m happy with the fullness I can get them really cleaned up. Communication is key, let who ever is doing your brows exactly what you want. Thank you again for the wonderful experience, time and time again.
