I just get my lip done and never have any complaints. I’ve been going here for about a year and the service is always quick, exactly what I need! The buy in bulk option is so handy and I love the no frills, straight forward attitude.

I tried calling and no one would answer. I showed up at 5:30 and said open on the sign but the door was locked, and a second time tried calling and no one answered. I can appreciate a small business, but there's no excuse to not answer a phone or put up a note if you step out for a minute.

Only giving it 1 star because they can thread a decent brow. The ongoing customer service issues or horrible. Month after month, there have been issues both in-store and on the phone. I forbid to keep doing business with a company that doesn't appreciate their customers.
