Very poor customer service. Despite the fact not proactive communication about an order placed more than one month ago and being canceled by their supplier, staff are rude nor properly trained. To be avoided and Amazon and others are much more reliable and top notch marketplaces!
best online store ,ordered my items and they were delivered before time .They are reliable ,amazing, efficient and quick service .will definitely order from them again.
Great selection of products, horrendeous customer service. Good luck trying to return any items because it will never happen! You'd get better customer service from a robot
I ordered an item that was never delivered and the app is so badly set up that I cannot even request a refund or even enquire on my missing item. Customer service is totally nonexistent. Worst shopping app ever! I will never order from there and don’t recommend it to anyone!
My card keeps getting charged for a purchase after they told me it was cancelled, I have had two amount taken off one card and one amount off another! DO NOT purchase anything from them, they only have support agents on chat to try and rectify issues which does not help when you need issues resolved asap.
