Friendly, polite, and family owned which is a plus. Price quoted over phone was the price they charged. They took me right away without an appointment which was fantastic. I went straight from the body shop to EZ car Audio after getting car back from being stolen. Took less than 2 1/2 hrs without an appointment and with the two people ahead of me that's not bad. The system works and is more sensitive than I expected. Definitely be sending all of her friends and family here. if anyone needs an alarm system this is the place to go. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars

Very low quality work. Installed alarm and actuators in my vehicle. Each actuator was $100 and one of them stopped working after 2-3 months of install. Found them on Amazon $10 for the pair. Broke plastic pieces in door panel and folded some metal in my door panel. Used self tapping screws instead of bolts. Whole actuator was loose and I can see why it didn’t always lock and unlock. I wish I didn’t pay so much here. See photos of installation job.

The owner would jump from car to car while working on my and I was there first. They told me 2 1/2 hours and I was there for almost 5 hours! Then when he finished with my car, the passenger window wouldn't go up. I drive off and they didn't put my buttons back in the dash. I had to drive back and now when I lock my car by remote, the parking lights don't work. Stay away from this place. I was going to have them put in a security camera but hell no. The worst car installation ever and I've had over 10 cars in my lifetime. I'd rather drive back to LA, pay $8.00 a gallon for gas and have my regular installation guys install my system than ever deal with this so called shop again!

These guys get five stars and beyond.. the price was reasonable.. they worked fast... and did Xtra work to make sure everything was right.. by the time they was done... i was shaking the building... A+ work .. Thanks..

Great guys they know what they’re doing, although problems might arise just be patient they will get your car going right!

Got work done in December, 5 months later the hi-low converter he installed, stops working. First thing I do is check all the wires, unplug and reconnect everything.. all the wires check out. Go to EZ car to see what they can do, he told me the Hi-low converter is not bad the wires are, wanted to charge me 150 to re-connect everything and make it work. I obviously declined, go to another shop charges me 65$ to instal another hi-low converter and guess what, it works..

2012 Scion XB. Install was very simple but took unusually long. They pulled my radio out during a sub woofer install & left it hanging by the wires. While it was hanging there the bare metal edges scratched up my perfect dash board. I think they're hard working people, but you have to pay attention to details. They have to know by now that when people hand over their car keys they're trusting that you're going to take good care of their vehicle. Prices were good. I was not given a receipt.

I went here to replace my stereo. I waited 1.5 for the job to be done and was told that since the stereo wasn't compatible, my AC wasn't going to work. I knew the steering wheel buttons wouldn't work, but they didn't disclose the information about the AC until after the job was done. The owner's son said that at least it's cloudy outside so it shouldn't be too hot... In VEGAS. I was expecting a much better experience after looking at the reviews and I'm sure very little people have bad experiences, but I won't be recommending this place to my friends or family, nor will I ever return.

Love the place. The people are very customer service orientated. There prices are the best in town. 100% quality work! Very glad I came here
