EZ Money

First and foremost I am writing this review not out of spite but as a warning to potential patrons. I was approved for a loan but walked out before completion, and here is why. I would not trust the "manager" of this store (Tabitha) to clean my bathroom let alone handle my personal information/money. She has no customer service skills and is extremely unprofessional. She allowed several customers, who I only assume are regulars, cut in front of me while processing my request as I was at the counter. She then asked questions that violated several privacy rights, and had absolutely nothing to do with my income or contact information. Tabitha then proceeded to call all of my non-employer references (mom/dad/etc) and when they all answered she "had" to call them again and ask that they let the call go to voicemail in order to confirm it was indeed their phone as if all of them were being dishonest. She essentially asked/scrutinized everything but my most recent sexual encounter and was very rude and combative. This woman made moneytree look like a Swiss bank full of saints. She also dresses like a 14 year old despite being more than likely in her late 40's, and judging by her teeth, quite possibly uses meth. All in all if you want a miserable waste of time and energy and thoroughly enjoy imcompetency than this place is right up your alley! Avoid this establishment like the plague and hopefully their little rag-tag scam shack will be put out of it's misery swiftly and justly. Tabitha is her name, once again, and she is a prime example of why you should go to college and a poster child for the general mental acuity, or lack there of, that I have come accustomed to by most Idahoans. Save some gas and hair pulling and go to one of the myriad of other payday loan outfits in town, trust me, you will be glad you did.
