My visit to the EZPass office was quick and uneventful. There were 3 people working the counter so the line moved pretty quickly. Friendly courteous service. Thanks
It was my first time getting the E-ZPass. The staff was patient and friendly. She was patiently explaining all the detail and answering my question. Great customer service.
Lady’s behind the counter spoke very rudely to myself and other customers. I would much rather go to a Taylor’s do it center and purchase transponders
Had to turn in my transponder and everyone there was very friendly and attentive.
The ladies behind the counters were very efficient, and very pleasant. It was a very easy experience.
Got turned away BEFORE they closed, you close at 1pm on Saturdays not 12:40pm.
Don’t even think about calling. It says press 0 for customer service and when you Do It says NO ENTRY PROVIDED DESPITE HITTING THE 0 REPEATEDLY OVER AND OVER
They helped me, i don’t understand what some of other people reviews are about. Let me help those of you with an attitude and god egos out a bit. Step one: get off your high horse before coming in the building Step two: your problem is not there problem, so don’t take it out on them, they are there to HELP/ASSIST/ etc. Don’t act like you can’t use google to help solve you’re own issues. Step three: just be humble and EXPLAIN YOURSELF CLEARLY.
Just because people have no choice to pay tolls doesn't mean that you're customer service employees can be disrespectful Need to teach your employees some manners!!!! I'm 60 years old and the young ladies that work there are very disrespectful
The ladies in this location were not wearing masks, but instead over using aerosol disinfect spray constantly around people with asthma. I couldn’t even complete my form inside, it was bananas. Who knows what they’re doing to their bodies by constantly spraying that in their office when they could just get vaccinated and wear masks. I found that they were extremely inconsiderate, and considering nobody wants to be there as it is, it made the whole situation unbearable. I’d suggest doing whatever you have to do online.
