What can i say this location is my second home I been going to this pawn shop sinces 2000 and all I can say is that they are the best Eddie Juan Emilio orquídea Vanessa all of them have always been there wen I most needed it, not only wen i go to get money but also there friendly advise. I highly recommend this shop for all your money needs... I love you guys.....

I when to Jackson Heigths location, and customer for many years, always superb. Mr Juan always very attentive professional with really good attitude to his customers, Silvia y orquidea part of the team very attentive. Eddie and Silvia were working when I came in. It was my first time so I didn’t know what they took and didn’t. I brought in a couple of things I wanted to sell/pawn and Eddie helped me so much. He was patient and friendly in answering all my questions and even told me I can get a better price on my iPad mini if I sold it online. He literally told me he didn’t want to rip me off, but I ended up selling it to him because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of posting and I don’t think anybody wants to buy the first gen iPad mini for $100-120 (the price he quoted me). The prices are also good especially if you know you can come back real quick to pick up your valuables. Overall, it was one of the most satisfying customer service experiences ever. I highly recommend them!!
