Friendly people especially the owner. Tons of stuff. I got an insane deal on an instrument like incredible deal. As a film student looking for props, I can say I'll be back : I feel like a lot of the negative reviews simply don't understand how a Pawn shop functions and what the business model is

Went in for a PS4, they had 3 for $275, none of them with controllers or cables. Was able to talk the rude gentleman down to $250 for obvious reasons. He guaranteed that the system had been tested and worked properly. It didn’t even turn on. I took the leap of faith because usually they test systems before they’re put on the floor, definitely not the case. Why would you sell busted systems for almost $300? Definitely a rip off. Save your time and go to the jumping jacks down the street. Got the same system with extra chords, a controller and two games for the exact same price. With an actual guarantee that it turned on before I paid. SAVE YOUR TIME.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. I Came to sell my MacBook Pro 13” laptop which has a Touch Bar & they were offering me $125!!!! This laptop is worth $1400+ They had absolutely no idea what they were doing. They couldn’t find the general specs to my laptop in the settings so they had absolutely no idea what the TRUE value of things are.

The employee Kim was a great help and her attitude was awesome. She had patience with me as I chose as well anserwed all my questions. I recommend for anyone looking for great deals and costumer service,go to EZ PAWN.

Always very friendly and very helpful especially around rent time when I may need the money and have to bring something in. Would definitely recommend this specific one over any other pawn shop. STRONGLY SUGGEST if you need to or want to pawn/purchase something then go to this one. Staff may bust your balls but are always willing to assist and give you excellent service.

At first I was almost leaving! Assistant store manager made me the happiest customer ever. She was very knowledgeable about anything in the store they had I was amazed to get right infoincluding specifications on some items, inventory and how well she knows everything in the store! I Will definitely come back again !

I would not go here if you are wanting to do a loan on your jewelry. I took my jewelry here that included a very special peace that I got from my grandmother before she passed away .. I went in two days after my pawn was due and my jewelry was sold . I didn’t receive no text or no communication or alert that my jewelry was due and about hit the sales floor .. I’ve gone to ezpawn before but never to this one .. I am so angry with this store and how they communicate with they customers is horrible. They barely have any product to sale , so if they take your things they will be quick to sell them so go to the ezpawn on colfax and chamber . The Ezpawn on colfax and chamber in Aurora co is the best at communicating. And they have so much things your stuff want be on a time clock to hit the floor so quickly if your not able to get there by the due date . They also call you if you request that option. That was the last thing I had from my grandmother and the employees showed no empathy for basically giving my things away .

I really love this place they are fair and very nice! They always try their hardest to give you good loans if you are needing cash! The things that they sell are in amazeing condition . I have been going here for 5 years and I highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!
