David the store manager is amazing. I have been with ez for about 10 years and never had a problem with them. If your late on a payment they will work with you as much as they can. Judy and David are both amazing people to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend going here for whatever you need. If they don't have what you want, they will try to get it from another location. 5 out of 5 stars.

I like it quick and easy good customer service and when you get your stuff from them they'll deliver to your house and set it all up and for some reason you're in trouble they will try to help you in whatever we take can for you to keep your stuff I don't know about everybody but I never seen a place like this

Hands down the best customer service in utah. When you come in here you are not a customer you are family. Also everyone will go way out of their way to get you exactly what you want even if it means they have to go miles away to get something for you. If you want to be treated like family and have the greatest experience buying things for your home then you better come here. Ez Rent to Own is the best for Renting to Own furniture store in Utah, the West Valley store has exceptional deals with amazing styles, if they dont have what you want or need they will get, I have been going there for 10 plus years and never an issue, super friendly & helpful staff and David thank you for the wonderful expierence again for getting what I needed and for being super friendly, you are what customer service is all about!
