definitely not a great place. owner lied about the price over the phone, very unprofessional, the fat man was very unpleasant to deal with and had food stains all over his clothes. i don't mind paying for getting towed as it was my fault, however lying about the price and not honoring it is where i draw the line. they also did not provide a receipt !! wish i could rate 0 stars Service: Car towing

Surprisingly enough this has been the nicest towing company I’ve ever dealt with. Got my M4 towed last night from a private lot my fault and they towed it before midnight. I called and confirmed they had it and can pick up the next morning at 8am. Told me the price, paid cash and they got me in and out within minutes. Was just worried about how they towed my car but the guy that towed it said he had an M3 himself and took much care to put my car onto dollies and to ensure that no lights would be in my dash or any damage has been done to the car. There was NONE and even though I fished out some bread to retrieve my car they were still professional and pretty nice at the counter to my surprise. Can’t complain when they just did their job and took care of my car which was stored overnight in a closed secure garage.

These guys are Predators! They wait and will tow your car even if you were there for 5 min. Disgusting,Dishonest and Wrong!! Everyone gets theirs in the end!! Just Sayin…!

Going to a towing shop is inherently a bad experience but the staff were kind and helped me out. They were patient and answered my plethora of questions.

Not sure how they are still in business I work paycheck to paycheck and they charge $30 a day just to keep the car there. There were no options for me at this place. They were rude from the beginning. Parking tickets and towing is a huge way to earn money and leech I get that but you don’t have to be this rude while doing it. For someone who lives paycheck to paycheck this really hurts the bank account and their behavior makes a lot worse. To be clear I left my car at dunking donuts for 25 mins while I went to the dmv and I got a coffee from dunkin. I get it that is their job but the length of time made it feel predatory. Their reactions and lack of options were also what makes them seem predatory. Really going to make sure I don’t have to deal with these people ever again.

I honestly wish i can put 0 start because they deserve none !!!!! For as long as i lived in this complex i watched them pick and choose who they decide to tow ! It’s disgusting. I truly hope that all their tow trucks just completely stop working one day .

Be careful with these people. I parked in front of cheesecake factory to pick up my food at Newport mall and I kid you not, my car was towed in 3 minutes. This company has people watching the area to tow cars. I spoke to the security manager at the mall and he told me that they did not call the towing company. This towing company is the worst. When I got to the place, i looked at the desk when the guy went to the back, and I see a sheet with all the cars they towed and the were all from in front of cheesecake factory in Newport mall. They towed 7 cars today. I would give them -10 stars but I can't.

They are thieves, learn to treat people and not speak rudely to them, how curious they know where the ATM is. It took me 5 minutes to get back to my car and they made up that they had called them and nobody called them. The craziest of all is that the tow truck thief knew where the ATM was and wanted him to pay him only in cash. When I went back to the police to find out why he was doing it in such a rude way, he was completely another person. Polite, calm and peaceful. Hopefully the money they get the wrong way doesn't turn out to be expensive later on. Thieves
