I would not normally write a review, bad or good but I am so upset with Fabletics. I placed an order with them on Oct 31st, 2022 for 2 pair of leggings. They were on sale for $15.99 a piece. I made my payment through, PayPal. Today, I got a message from PayPal that they had paid Fabletics $54.99. I quickly logged on to look at my PayPal account to see what was going on. Not only had they charged my card $54.99 on Dec 13th, 2022, they had charged it for $54.95 on Nov 12th, 2022 as well! I was freaking out thinking someone was using my PayPal account. I immediately filed a dispute claim with PayPal and later got an email from them saying that my dispute was settled and that nothing was wrong with my account. I then called customer service at Fabletics to find out what was going on and to my utter shock when I bought those 2 pair of leggings in November, I also evidently signed up for Fabletics monthly membership! I tried in vain to tell the gentleman on the phone that I NEVER signed up for any membership. When he asked me what I wanted him to do, I told him I wanted a refund of $109.90! He then said, "why don't you go on the website and buy some things on there since you have a membership!" I work for a non-profit veterinary hospital. I barely make enough money to care for my kids. $109.90 is a lot of money to me, especially at Christmas. I must have told him at least 6 times to CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. He told me that it would be cancelled but I would not be getting a refund. I am just sick that I would be so stupid as to sign up for something that I had no clue I was signing up for. I feel so ashamed of myself. I hope this review helps others not to make the same mistake I did.
I’ve had multiple bad experiences with fabletics, but today’s was the last straw. I will not order from them again. They actually shipped a package to my mother in another state, even though I’ve never had anything from them shipped to her. I’d give them a 0 or a minus something if I could.
Friendly staff, clean location. The outfit I wanted was only in my size on the mannequin in the window. The associate was quick to get me the outfit and help make other recommendations!
First the employees were awesome and helpful. They have a cool process for trying on clothes where they tag everything in their system and put it in a room for you with your name. This process makes it easier to check or later. They have a lot of nice clothes and many different patterns. With the VIP membership the deals are much better.
Members always get the best deals and also have been there a few times where Luis has helped me and he has always gone above and beyond with customer service helping me find items in the back and just being a friendly person all around.
I want to first state this review is for customer service via the phone. I am unable to speak on the store but from the reviews I am not sure it would be any better. I noticed on my pay pal account that I was charged. You know it $49.95 after I completed the skip month. I called in and was advised that it did not process. What? I have the confirmation showing it did process, moving on. I stated that I just made a large purchase and I don't want to be charged another $50 and thy correct it since they can see it did not process properly. The representative stated that she cannot but I can use it as a credit to another purchase. HELLLO! I don't need a credit I need my funds. I stated well since you will not refund me the membership fee I already skipped. Cancel the membership and refund me money period please. Of course in script, I was advised that my membership would be cancelled and I would receive a full refund. I requested the supervisor thinking is this a prank? You will not refund because of a system glitch but you will for cancelling the membership. The supervisor is just as oblivious as the customer service rep. I explain that I wanted the membership but my hand was forced. Her response, well your membership has been cancelled and you will be refunded your money in 7 to 10 business days. I was so over it and the poor service received these days I said whatever send the refund please. And now I will be monitoring for a refund to my pay pal. I will give everyone a tip make your purchases through pay pal you have a better chance of protecting yourself at least you will get a notification if a purchase is made.
My in store experience was outstanding! The store manager Anna, I hope I have her name correct was over the top helpful, great garment recommendations for me and describing the way they fit precisely. Anna also patiently help sign me up to become VIP member which saved me a good amount of money, lol. I appreciate great energy and customer service but coming from the store manager herself shows great leadership.
I went in to cash out some credits that had accumulated...the store was 30% off, but it didn’t seem to work in combination with my credits. 30% off the ticket price applied to non member shoppers- I used my credits by matching some option, as Ali told me that was the best way to get the most for the money. Ali was fantastic, she spent time with me and made sure I was happy with my choices. I enjoyed my personal shopper experience, it was helpful to know what items paired as a set. She also ensured anything could be ordered if the size was not in stock. Thanks for the help Ali!
Fabletics is one of my favorite stores! The styles and colors are remarkable. The only thing better is the excellent customer service I received from Demitra! Demitra is patient and kind. Demitra went well above and beyond what I expected, in helping me to shop with convenience and ease. Not only did Demitra make doing business with Fabletics effortless, Demitra also saved me well over $100. The attention to detail and her stick-to-it-ness attitude made me feel welcomed and valued as a Fabletics customer! KUDOS AND MANY THANKS TO YOU DEMITRA!!!
I ordered about five or six items from Fabletics a few months ago. The package never came. I was on the phone with Fabletics and Fedex for hours trying to get this resolved. In the end, I'm not entirely sure which company was at fault, but neither of them were willing to get this package resent to me and the customer service with Fabletics was rather unhelpful overall. This past month, I didn't skip the monthly subscription so I could purchase an outfit. It took two weeks for the funds to show up on my account after they had already taken the amount from my credit card. I was trying to make my mind up on what I wanted to buy, and when I went back to my Fabletics account, all of the funds had been removed but were still showing as being withdrawn on my credit card. I hate to leave a nasty review, but these are two fairly large issues that have happened with my account here. If customer service could perform better, it wouldn't be as big of a deal if I knew it would be taken care of in a timely manner. But since it typically requires several calls, spending hours on the phone and nothing ever being resolved, it has left me frustrated with this company. Their clothing looks awesome and I would love to try it but I have never been able to get anything to process correctly on here.
