Story

Leading Kansas City expert and a veteran of permanent cosmetic application, Marcia Renner, Fellow/AAM, Member SPCP, is the acclaimed inventor of the ‘Painless Program.’ Established in 1999, Marcia is a nurse with a Bachelors Degree from University of Nebraska.

She is referred by many physician’s, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and oncologists. She is OSHA certified, state licensed, Nationally Board Certified (FAAM), and a Master of technical and artistic application. Her studio is a vision of ‘sparkling clean’ and antiseptic appearance in Westport’s historic 4010 Washington Building.

Marcia Renner is a qualified 'provider' of areola tattooing for insurance reimbursement. Insurance companies require the provider have a medical license.

Marcia is the only permanent cosmetic technician in Kansas City, Missouri who is also a nurse.

As stated by the SPCP, Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, Code of Ethics - you may not achieve a completely painless procedure as everyone's experience may not be the same.

I have had my eyeliner and lips done a couple of years apart. Each and EVERY time Marcia has given excellent service and did a beautiful job on the permanent makeup. I get compliments ALL the time! Her office is so stylish, clean and comfy. She even gave me a blanket fresh out of a warmer! I recommend Marcia for any of your permanent makeup needs!
I went back to Marcia for permanent make-up on my lips and eyes. At first I was shocked - I looked so different - but my husband had a big smile when i walked into the door. It didn't hurt at all and healing went fast. The next day I looked allot better and love it since. Marcia gave me great tips and told me exactly what to do afterwards and what to expect. it all turned our perfect. Marcia performed micro needling or Collagen Induction Therapy on my face, neck and hands. I had this done before but Marcia is the expert! She is very knowledgeable, professional and personal. She enjoys sharing all her extensive knowledge with you and makes the treatment a fun event. Unlike the previous procedure provider, Marcia also gave me a small device for follow-up treatment at home. I will definitely be back for any other procedures I think I need.
Marcia has changed my life. I was born with barley any visible hair on my eyebrows. I used to spend over twenty minutes on drawing in my eyebrows on a basically blank canvas every morning. I was insecure to participate in water activities because the makeup would wash off almost immediately. Now I can hop in the shower and not have to worry about looking in the mirror. Marcia spent a generous amount of time helping me find a design and color I was 100% happy with. The process was nearly painless, and I hardly had any swelling or bleeding. I was very impressed the customer service Marcia provided as well as the quality of het work. She truly is an artist, and I had a lot of fun getting to know her and I am very happy with the way my permanent eyebrows turned out!

I have Been going to Marcia since 2012.. absolutely love the work Marcia has done for my eyebrows and helping me gain my confidence back as a women with little to no eyebrows. Several years ago I decided to take the plunge and get permanent eyeliner. So I took to the internet and found Marcia, and I’m so glad I did. Her background and experience was extremely important to me. From that first phone call to set up an appointment, I instantly felt comfortable with Marcia. In addition to her expertise with permanent makeup, she is a very sincere person who instantly puts you at ease with her outgoing personality. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get my eyebrows done by Marcia. I have researched for over 2 years on how I should get my eyebrows enhanced and I believe Marcia uses the best technique. So these are the items I looked for in a person to apply my permanent makeup: 1. Is the person certified not just trained. She is both 2. Is she clean and uses universal precautions No infections getting into my eyebrows 3. Is the office clean yes it was 4. Read reviews!!! Look and the bad and good reviews. 5. I want someone that is experience. 6. Can they shade eyebrows. I want a dark blonde eyebrow not black. 7. Does she measures my brows to my face. Yes she does over 16 measurements are taken So I did my research and my brows are perfect!!!
I love my permanent eyebrows! It makes it so easy to get the right look every time I put on my makeup! I designed what I wanted but also counted on Marcia Renner to do the measuring to make sure that both eyebrows matched. She also worked with me during the procedure to make small changes that I wanted. I held a mirror in hand the whole time that she was working on my eyebrows. It was a great process! It's been 5 days since the procedure and the eyebrows are almost healed. I went out last night and received several compliments on how well they looked!
