Facial Surgery Institute

Staff is friendly but I have to give a low rating.. they cut a nerve while removing my wisdom teeth. I brought up my concerns multiple times and they showed little concern. It’s now been over a year and only half of my tongue works. I have no taste, no feeling, and have difficulty speaking. They finally offered to send me to a nerve specialist that I would have to see with out of network coverages through my insurance. So for me, I regret going to this provider.

After a sleepless night with a toothache, I contacted Dr. Kuhn's office to make an appointment to have a troublesome wisdom tooth extracted. Due to the efficiency and caring of Dr. Kuhn's staff, I was told to come in that morning. Dr.Kuhn's compassionate manner and expertise in dentistry made it a pain-free and anxiety-free experience. This was my second vist to Dr. Kuhn's office over the years and I would never consider having work done by any other professional. The doctor also has an amazing support team. Betty - at the front desk - made it possible for me to come in quickly and had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. Nurse Frankie visited with me about a health-related issue that caused me some concern, and provided reassurance. Danielle prepared me for the process, made sure all my questions were answered, and provided guidance before I left the office. Finally, Lorna handled the financial side in the friendliest and most helpful manner! It is obvious that Dr. Kuhn and his entire staff truly care about their patients. Every time I have an opportunity, I happily and confidently recommend Dr. Kuhn. He is absolutely the best!

I am 68 years old and had elective facial surgery recently at Facial Surgery Institute. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Kuhn and his team. They were all so professional and kind. Dr. Kuhn was completely attentive and very detailed, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. He and his team took as much time as I needed to feel comfortable and then excited about my procedure. I am ecstatic about my outcome already and I still have some healing to do! I would highly recommend Facial Surgery Institute, Dr. Kuhn and his team, for any facial treatments or surgery you are contemplating, I could not be happier!!

Thinking about removing your wisdom teeth, Dr. Kuhn is your man. He was recommended by another family and I would recommend any and everyone to go see Dr. Kuhn. His nurses are extremely friendly, they were super flexible to my schedule, and when I called back with questions following the surgery, the nurse with whom I spoke with was unbelievable helpful and wanted to make sure I had all my questions answered and had the peace of mind to continue with my day-to-day. The surgery was flawless and my experience was fantastic.

Hi its me! I am Sarah Lamb, im 20 i got my wisdom teeth out last Thursday, my bottom teeth were severely impacted, honestly the surgery went perfect, I thought my pain would be unbearable, but I only had mild pain, its nearly been a week since the surgery, im back to softer foods and my swelling has gone down.I am happy to say on Friday i can go back to my job I hope and the gums are closing up, I was waiting for a call back I stil lam, to give me the all clear to have all foods, otherwise, thank you so much! I no longer have to worry about them!

I was very unhappy with my procedure. I had these fine lines by my cheekbone close to my eyes, I went to have a filler procedure done, he retouched a second time and I end up worse instead of lines I now have dimples. I went a third time so he can fix it or reverse it, he said he was sorry I was unhappy but I had to wait until my body dissolves the Juvederm, which it can take up to a year for this to happened! He refused to fix it. I'm now very self-conscious about this and I will probably go for a second opinion.

The doctor and nurses were absolutely fantastic! I had an amazing experience and the surgery went extremely well. I had no complications and had minimal pain after surgery!
