Earlier today December 20th around 3:40pm, I was discriminated against due to my age and race. Twenty minutes prior I was at the doctor's office who recommended an eye cream to help with me recovering from eye surgery so I decided to stop by CVS to purchase the recommended eye cream. When I arrived, I preceded to the pharmacy department for someone to help direct me in finding the item so I got in the line where there was one older white man and then me. I patiently waited until the pharmacy tech name Nicole acknowledged me and informed me that she will be with me in a moment. Shortly thereafter she preceded to exit the pharmacy to assist me in finding the eye cream but an older white lady decided to cut the line 2 people in front of her and proceeded to ask Nicole a question. In which Nicole declined to help me and assist the older white lady instead. I exited the line and informed Nicole that there is a line and that I was the next person who is supposed to be helped before the older white lady. And she proceeded to informed me that she helped her because she older and white. Discrimination is a FEDERAL LAW and I was unaware that CVS employees services customers base on age and race. I did call in speak with Mohammed the store manager and explain the situation but I believe Nicole needs to be disciplined and retained. I will be filing additional complaints and speaking with an attorney once everyone returns from the holidays. Discrimination should NOT be tolerated and no employee should be awarding a customer for their bad behavior.
The employees at this CVS are always so kind and helpful. Jermani is the best!!! So thankful for helpful people like her! Always happy when she is working!
Terrible. Went to pick up a package that ups left for me and my package slip didn’t have the name listed. When I got to the cvs they were giving me a hard time as if I was supposed to be aware of who’s name was on the package when I’m fact my SLIP didn’t Have a name listed. What’s the point to giving people a hard time? My identification matches the address on the slip… so before giving out sassy attitude- be patient and realize not enough information was given to me. Here’s the best part… they can’t even find my package even though my ups tracking info says that it was received
Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. I tried very hard to make this work since it is so close/convenient to where I live, but — over and over — the pharmacy staff demonstrates that they do not care whatsoever about the customer. Prescriptions are never ready on time, the pharmacy staff is repeatedly rude and entitled, and they will make you sit there for an hour waiting on a prescription refill. This store will not last much longer.
The lady at the pharmacy in the back who was pregnant was more than rude. I get given the circumstances she was in she may not have been feeling well but whew the attitude was just horrible. I felt as if I stepped back 50 years walking into this store.
When I first started using this CVS I was very pleased by the customer service here. In the last year, it has become horrible. The Pharmacy will not answer the phone! I stayed on hold for the Pharmacy for 45 minutes yesterday and finally hung up. It can take days to get a simple prescription filled. There is a Pharmacist there with a really bad accent who will do nothing but argue with customers and make excuses for why prescriptions are not ready. I have reported the problem with the phone being answered as well as the rude Pharmacist to no avail. There are 2 nice people who work in the Pharmacy but they can’t undo the damage to customer service. If things do not improve by the first of the month I will be moving my business elsewhere. If you call be ready to wait for at least an hour! Minimum! Even my Physician’s offices say they can’t get thru either and have problems with them messing up orders. I don’t know what this place needs but CVS Corporate needs to step in at this point! Vent over. My prescriptions that were called in 2 days ago are supposed to be ready in 30 minutes.. Now to get ready for the Drive thru.
Pharmacist Farrah was PHENOMENAL!! She administered the second dose of my COVID vaccine and she could not be kinder, more sophisticated, more efficient and time effective, and I am so grateful for her and the fine folks at CVS! They are truly heroes during these difficult times!
Literally will not answer the phone. Went inside and realized why. ONE PHARMACY CALL REPEATING OVER AND OVER AND OVER with three people doing their own thing ignoring it. Two people in front of me had the same complaint. Also gave me 30 day supply and put it in as 90 so I had to spend an hour on the phone getting them to fix it. Bad location. Way too busy for the amount of employees they have. The male pharmacy tech is the only one that seems to care, and actually spoke to my insurance and fixed it. The rest are just there for a paycheck which heck I cant blame them. Just need some more employees during busy hours in the pharmacy. At one point the male tech called for grocer backup in the pharmacy but sadly no one came to help. Usually I just pay the 10 bucks or so to have my medications mailed to me but had to go in because of the issue. Also good luck with the "drive thru", I've waited for 30 minutes there for help, they say be right with you as soon as you drive up and then disappear for 30 minutes...

I guess only people with complaints write reviews. So I will write a positive one. I have been using this pharmacy for 5+ years. I have over 10 prescriptions that change and rotate throughout the year. I have experienced no trouble setting them up and creating auto-refill service. Plus I pay to have CVS deliver them to my building. When I need one asap I use the drive thru window, drop it off and schedule a pick up. The prescription is always ready when I return an hour later. The pharmacy is always slammed with business, hence why they have 5+ pharmacists on staff at the same time, so I understand why there is an hour wait to fill prescriptions. Anytime I have questions or need to put a prescription on hold I call and get a pharmacist on the phone within 2 minutes. I really like the online website where I can access my entire prescription list, make changes, place holds or see my entire history! Very convenient! The best features about this CVS are the staff, the drive thru window and the access to my accounts via online! My life is a breeze with CVS.
