Had a consultation with one of the associate lawyers, Sarah Glover, who was amazing by the way, however, there was a $300 consultation fee. At time of the consultation/service a credit card was provided to the receptionist Kate and unfortunately she wrote down the credit card number, which I believe is a violation because that's not keeping records secure. A week passes by and nothing has been charged on the card provided the day of service. Interesting. Finally get a call from Kate saying we owe the $300 the following week. Never informed it may take some time for the funds to be taken or anything of that nature. Kate's rebuttal was "well we take the payment out when we can and we treat payments like a check, it takes time". AGAIN, none of this was informed to us! NONE. And why would you treat a credit card like a check? After trying to find out why the payment was taken out in a timely matter or that we were never informed of the payment being taken out a week later, she gets snippy with me and interrupts me while I'm trying to tell her, I don't understand why payments are made this way. Seriously, who does that? Not a good way to promote your law firm.

Joe Fahrendorf was exceptionally responsive and informative in resolving a battery case involving a dog attack in a local dog park. It could’ve become a felony yet was managed to a misdemeanor. His fees were reasonable. Thank you Joe. I do not hesitate to recommend you, and your firm.

He is affordable, knowledgeable, and seems to have built a positive reputation with the Justice Courts in Reno. If I could give Bob a 1,000 stars I would.
