Fairfax Chiropractic is the best place to go for an Adjustment, Acupuncture, and Massage!! Dr. Elizabeth Murphree has been putting patients back together for 27 years using the Activator Method! I have been working for Dr M as a Massage Therapist for over 10 years but started out as the Office Manager so I have gotten the pleasure of getting to know her well and to see how Dr M knows her patients and their needs as soon as they come through the door! This is 1 of many major things I noticed when I first started here and 1 of many reasons why I plan on being here for awhile!!

I have know of and experienced the healing power of Dr. Murphree for I thing over 15 years. I now drive 1 1/2 hours to be adjusted by her because I have never been able to find someone who is able to get me walking and able to function like she does. Plain and simple, she is a gifted healer. She is literally my life line.

This is a great place to go when needing Chiropractic or Acupuncture I would not go anywhere else!! It has changed my overall health!

I have been seeing Dr. Murphree for several years.I am so enthusiastic about the quality of care that I receive from Dr. Murphree. She is so very learned and skilled. Not only does she resolve my pain and alignment issues, she identifies what I am doing that caused the problem, and guides me in alternative and healthy ways to move and exercise to prevent it from that point forward. She is a vital part of my overall wellness. Her office manager, Heather, is delightful and very helpful.

An absolute lifesaver. I’ve only been going here for a year or so, but the difference in my body between before I came and after has been dramatic. Dr. Murphree knows what needs to be done, where it needs to be done, and can easily explain why it helps in terms a layperson can understand. While I have always been a skeptic about medicine/healing that isn’t totally Western, this truly shows that if done by the right person, chiropractic has amazing benefits.

I've been going to chiropractors for years. Never really cared for the pounce on you or snap your neck type. I could not relax and never felt as though the adjustment lasted more than 30 minutes after the appointment. I gave up on chiropractors, but was having low back issues again and my patient told me "if Dr. Murphree can't fix you, no one can." Of course I was skeptical but I thought what can it hurt? She's close by and I hurt. I immediately felt like she knew her stuff and to this day I ask her advice. Trust me..she knows how to fix you. Gently. Without being barbaric. And results last because she works on you till you're even. I'm really lucky to have found her. Her massage therapist can also loosen you up too. I was in so much pain recently and my muscles were so incredibly tight and locked. It took a while for me to get better but they really know their stuff and work together to make you feel your best. I don't write reviews often, but am compelled to do so because I really believe in her style of care. She's into whole body health. Natural remedies. So now I'm going to tell you..."if Dr. Murphree can't fix you, no one can"

When my back hurts I can go in and she fixes me up. She does a better job than any other I have tried in Virginia. She doesn't have you coming back forever like some offices do. She really fixes the issues until you mess yourself up again. She also has a hydro massage bed. She has practical advice to help you keep your back in better health. She is a nice doctor that really cares about her patients.

I have been to Dr. Murphree's office several times now due to back problems and each time the problem has been resolved in one or two visits. Her charges are reasonable, they are prompt in scheduling appointments and unlike many other chiropractors in the area they do not attempt to 'trap' you into a series of costly, ongoing treatments. A very positive experience for me and I highly recommend her services for you.

Since having surgery on my cervical spine to replace and fuse several discs that had crumbled, I have had chronic muscle strain, spasms, headaches and soreness in my head, neck and shoulders. Besides her services, she is kind, caring and listens to what you are saying, She cares deeply for her patients and their concerns. It is so hard to find a doctor that isn't rushing you out of the room before you even had a chance to tell them what ails you.
