What Fairway Packing Co did here absolutely amazed me ! I was heading out of town and contacted them to purchase some steaks on my way to the airport. The owner suggested, why don't we just ship it to you, we can have it there tomorrow, fresh. With my destination 1,500 Miles away I thought he was joking. This product was delivered exactly the next day via UPS. Perfectly packaged with ice and a cooler along with 2 beautiful TOMAHAWK CHOP DRY AGE CLASSIC WAGYU , 2 NY STRIP WAGYU, 2 FILET PRIME CREEKSTONE. The owner was nice enough to throw in some Fairway Steak Salt as well. I would recommend Fairway Packing to any one looking for a premium meat and an excellent service. Don't have this kind of quality back home! Ordered some great meats! Definitely will be making more orders! Steaks were fantastic, High quality meat! Better steaks then some high end steakhouses. Ordered online and picked them up the next day. Ordering was easy and picking up was even easier. Wish I found out about them sooner.

I have been dry aging my own prime steaks at home, but will never go back. The quality and convenience of the properly dry aged steaks from Fairway Packing are exceptional. I bought the dry aged prime sampler pack which exceeded my high expectations. They are now my go-to butcher via mail order. Highly recommend for quality, value and service shout out to Ken.

By far the best steaks I have eaten, gave 1 to my in-laws and they absolutely loved it! Steak isn't something most people eat everyday so why not buy quality meat? Worth the drive, they've earned a repeat customer!

Their meat is the highest quality you will find and their customer service is exceptional. I stopped by to pick up an order today that I accidentally placed for the wrong date. The butcher politely explained this to me and said he could cut my order for me in about 15 minutes if I didn't mind waiting. He returned in about 5 minutes with my order and gave me a few recommendations on how to cook my A5 wagyu for the best experience. If you are looking for great cuts of meat and even better customer service, then Fairway Packing Co. Is your place.

More than amazing!!! I called them up a day before my birthday and helped me wonderfully. I treated myself to a cut of Japanese A5 and I must say, this place helped me experience food at its finest. I'll definitely be back.

UPDATE: After I posted this as a two-star review, Ken at Fairway reached out directly to acknowledge and apologize for what happened. Based on our conversation and my previous experience with them, I do believe that they genuinely try to offer high quality customer service, and this was a one-time fluke. ORIGINAL: It's painful to write this, because their meat is so good. But I'll never again order anything shipped from Fairway, because they significantly short-weighted an order and didn't respond to multiple emails. I'd ordered a Creekstone brisket, 14-17 pounds, to smoke for a crowd at our July 4 picnic. When it arrived, it looked small, so I put it on the scale: 12 pounds, 1 ounce, including the wrapping, which was below borderline for our party. I sent two emails to three different Fairway addresses -- no response from anyone. I ended up having to run to Costco at the last minute to buy a larger brisket. Their meat is always excellent, and I've had great service in the past when I stopped at their facility in Detroit. But I'll never again order anything to be shipped.

Top notch business. Called and left a voicemail then the next morning when they opened they called me to assist in fulfilling my Christmas Eve order. Picked it up a few hours later for our annual dinner. Thanks for coming through with quality service and impeccable Wagyu!!

First time here. It was easy to place an order and pick up. Today they even brought it out to my car. Individually wrapped steaks means I don’t have to buy a vacuum sealer!
