You must work with Scott at Fairytale Florals! His bouquets and centerpieces are MASTERPIECES! All of the details and colors that were important to the Bride and Mother of the Groom were flawless and so rich in color. The flowers were great quality and held up all day. We also rented an art installation for the dance floor...such a cool piece! And even being short-handed at the shop, Scott was so friendly and easy to work with. Will definitely be recommending Fairytale Florals in the future!
I stopped in on a whim to hopefully find a fall inspired bouquet for a friend. The awning and exterior where cheerfully decorated and brimming with holiday spirit, I love supporting local artists whenever possible. Upon entering the shop I was greeted and made my way through the fairytale land of florals dripping around me from floor to ceiling. The owner was hard at work taking orders and was kind enough to let me explore his fresh cut selection. He stopped to make me the bouquet and filled it perfectly. We had a lovely conversation and I’m so glad I stopped here, not being from the area it’s heartwarming to receive prompt and professional service. It’s the little things. It’s the generosity of the human spirit, a simple gesture, a pretty bow, a Santa mug, that make the season bright!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this shop! I needed several arrangements of beautiful flowers in a pinch for a difficult situation, and Fairy Tale really came through. The arrangements were some of the prettiest I’ve ever seen, and Stacy was so kind and empathetic. I wish I had pictures of everything; here are a couple. I also wish I had found them years ago; I will go to Fairy Tale from now on!
I had a horrible experience with this florist. I placed an order to be delivered for a new baby. I got an automated email saying this was delivered but my family did not receive these flowers. I called and sent an email and was told that they were delivered to the hospital and they only did that to “be nice”?? So after speaking with the hospital and the actual hospital calling the florist to tell them that there was no record on file that anything was delivered… they said they would make another arrangement to be delivered to the home. The problem here is that the baby is in the NICU and there is no one home to receive the delivery due to being with their baby. So finally I arranged to go pick up these flowers and deliver them myself. I asked if I could pick them up the following day and was told that was fine. When I arrived today to pick up the arrangement…. There was not one made especially for me like I had ordered. They grabbed something out of the cooler and sent me on my way. No card to write in and attach, nothing. So now that I had paid $68 which included a $15.00 delivery fee, I had to hand deliver an arrangement that was not what I ordered, not properly delivered to the hospital, and 3 days late. Not one time did they offer to actually FIX their mistake, refund the delivery fee, anything. They acted like there was nothing wrong. This is what I call extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Be careful if you choose to do business with Fairytale Florals.
Wow! A simply beautiful arrangement of bright colorful flowers. A week later and I still have a gorgeous arrangement. I have not smelled such a nice rose scent in quite a while. I was the lucky receiver of the arrangement. I presume such artistry is accompanied by a fine business sense. Recommend.
My mother-in-laws beautiful flowers were created by tFairytale Florist; were a perfect centerpiece for her memorial celebration along with the boutonnieres for the gentle, and her bouquet that we had placed in her hands. This was a beautiful tribute to her and we are incredibly grateful for the care and attention to detail that was given.
I've been ordering my flowers from this place for the last year. The people that run it are the best! I literally walk in, tell them the occasion. Pay. And leave! And I have won huge brownie points every single time! Lol Hands down, one of the BEST!!!
I ordered flowers for our grandmothers 90th birthday. I received a call from Stacy this morning stating that they don't deliver to apartments this is not mentioned on the website at all and they took my payment. I informed her it wasn't an apartment, it is an assisted living facility. Then, the flowers were delivered a day early, even though the correct delivery date the next day was on the tag. When I called to inquire about it, I spoke with the manager, Stacy. The entire conversation with her was extremely unprofessional and I was told that she "did me a favor" by delivering the flowers to the facility, that they don't deliver to apartments, hospitals, or any other multifamily housing. When I told her I would not be using them in the future, she said "that's fine". I explained to her how her customer service was quite astounding, to which she replied that it was fine if we didn't order from them again. When I asked for the owners information to contact them about the situation, and specifically her response to it, she told me it could be found on the website. The flowers are beautiful, just not a pleasant experience and we will not be using them in the future.
LOVE Fairytale! You will understand the name of the shop when you enter. Love the owner. His corsages and bouquets are gorgeous and thoughtful. I will only use Fairytale from now on!
Don’t get me wrong, If you have the time to swing by the shop and babysit them while they throw a bouquet together, it’ll definitely be the the most beautiful arrangement money can buy around here. But, you. will. have. to. take time out of your schedule to oversee them. They’re about as untrustworthy as it gets.
