Family Counseling Services

This place is a hot mess as far as scheduling. The therapist I saw was more sympathetic with me, which I don't find helpful at all. I though such therapy might be more helpful for my mother, so when I was looking for a therapist for my mom, I repeatedly called these people for months trying to get her an appointment. They never once called me back. When I finally got someone on the phone, they'd said they would need her records. From another place. I got the records and took them out there to them IN PERSON and the reception I had been talking to had no idea who I was or who my mom was, despite having made a file on her already and taking some preliminary information down. She didn't know where the file was, but took the records anyway. She said she would call. She never did. I got my mom an appt scheduled with a therapist at psychology associates just across the street the same day, no records needed.

Their scheduling is crazy and it is hard to see who you need to since people only work a few days a week.
