Family Dollar

Came to get cleaning supplies today.. The shelves were empty, just like a month ago they were empty.. There wasn’t any good brands of cleaning supplies in stock so I decided not to buy anything.. My little one still wanted a toy bunny, as we were making a choice the cashier ran to the back as soon as she seen us.. We head to the counter where a native woman was waiting to pay and for her purse behind the counter! When did your family dollar stores start taking a woman’s belongings?! While Me n the elder lady waited, the cashier was in the back for a good five minutes after we rang the customer belle.. When the cashier got to the front, she had an negative attitude.. The native elderly lady had to get her purse from behind the counter from the cashier just to complete the purchase.. I personally myself would not trust a cashier that gets paid 10 bucks an hour to hold my purse what if there was medication in the lady’s purse n the cashier or whoever would take it?! Police don’t even have the right to touch our belongings why do cashiers have this right?! I dont trust cashiers with my stuff I don’t know why your store is making that okay?! It was such a bad experience there today, I couldn’t even purchase anything with empty shelves anyway so I went to Dollar General and had a better experience 😜✌🏽

Very good deals on the stuff you use everyday. The manager, Rita, is very helpful and will do all she can to assist you.

My First Rating: Jan of 2017 The walkways are non existent, it's always cluttered with unpacked merchandise, everything is just placed in wherever the associates deem they should be and I'm tired of the crappy customer service. Sure they get their a**es to the registers pretty quick but, some of them have an attitude problem, and are hostile. 1 Star Second Rating: Aug of 2017 Alright, finally getting better with new people working, or new management, it's a lot more organized, easier to find things, and the only problem spot for clutter is the back corner by the paper towels but, other than that it has certainly improved from what it was earlier this year, very good job to whom ever responsible for that. The clip coupons are pretty handy, as well as the new app they have for their coupons, so you can clip them when your in the store or just before you come in, which is really helpful, and a little ways off a 5 star but, definitely earned a 4 star from me. Room for improvement when it comes to training in the new associates of the store so they can better answer questions and better assist customers. Also keeping everything well stocked and organized will be on the way towards a 5 star rating from me. Thank you for your store's improvement. 4 Star.
