The associate Mike was very helpful! If we couldn't find it, Mike knew exactly where it was. He even helped with carrying groceries for us to the car. Very great asset to the store
Spare yourself! They close before 10 pm at the employees' discretion, and they're very nasty. ⁰Just go to Walgreens on Tropicana and Rainbow... spend the extra $2.
Worst place ever! Bought earbuds for my daughter for Christmas. They werent cheap. The right earbud didnt work. I went to return them and was told their electronics return policy is 2 weeks. I bought them on Dec 3rd. and returned them on Dec 27th. I told her that theres nothing on the receipt saying 2 weeks and theres nothing posted in the store. She said their return policy is right in front of me and pointed down to where i was standing. There was a torn paper taped to the counter. I literally had to squat down to see it. And the type is so tiny its impossible to read. So unless your knees have eyes, then you are out of luck!!! After a lot of complaining on my part, she exchanged them for another pair. I would have preferred store credit or my money bavk! Guess what...these ones dont work either. I guess its my own fault buying anything other than laundry soap or toilet paper from this store!! But you would think that 1 they'd post their policy where it can be easily seen, 2 they'd extend their return policy during the holidays and 3 they'd sell electronics that actually work.
Horrible store my wife and kids were verbally assaulted by an employee at this location all because the store was about to close my wife and kids walked in to go get something really quick and he had some really mean things to say to them. This is not the way an employee should be treating their customers and the manager just stood there and let it happen this whole store needs to be retrained on how to interact with people. Corporate will be hearing from me Monday morning I am so disgusted and appalled by the lack respect for someone feelings.
If I can give it less than 1 star I would. This was my first & only visit to this store. While it is completely understandable that come the holiday season stores put more of their current inventory on the sales floor. As a wheelchair bound person it does make things difficult but in keeping with the holiday season, I usually don't mind. However in this case it was just the first of many problems I had with this store. Chaotic, dark and dingy would be some of the words I would use to describe this store. There was stuff everywhere. Sure stuff drops on the floor but employees just walk by it like it isn't there. At one point I saw something I wanted but it was in a top shelf & I couldn't reach it. I asked an employee but she told me she was on the phone. Thankfully a nearby customer responded & got me the item. After trying unsuccessfully to get through a few aisles I decided to check out. When I got to the cashier I asked about a smart coupon that a posted sign said I needed for the sales price. There cashier said that I needed to download the app & she was gone. Another employee came over a few minutes later & I asked a question about the app, she was less then helpful, then she too left. A few more minutes later the customer who helped me came to pay & stood behind me. The 2nd employee came up & asked if she needed help? We both commented that I was first but she motioned for the customer to come to the other side where she checked her out. Before I could say anything, the employee was gone again. I have now been up at the register more than 10 minutes or so. I had enough so I left my items on the counter & left. They weren't desperately needed items but things I could use. After the treatment I received I happily went next door to Smith's where I found most of the same products at very comprable prices. What every happen to customer service?
I really like the Family Dollar on Charleston everyone there is so helpful even right before closing they’ll help you as much as they can however this location I’m putting a review for is completely opposite everybody at this location just always seems too busy to help with any questions. I’ve called during the day and at night and I’ve got the same type of vibes, as if they don’t want to be there. I work in retail and I understand that when people come into the store at closing it could be frustrating or hectic same as a phone call however I still do my job and I help them or answer any questions that needed to be answered without giving an attitude.
This Family Dollar always does a great job in keeping their store clean. There is always someone ready at the register and helpful staff throughout the store. They do require ALL backpacks to be held up front while shopping. I travel with a backpack and have never had any issue with my bag being left at the cash register, just keep important personal items on your person like your cell phone and wallet and keys.
Rarely can you find any usable products for less than $4.00. things that cost a dollar normally have about a quarter of the normal product quantity/amount!
They aren't scheduled to close for another 25 minutes but they done locked the doors already...I'm so done with people who are lazy and don't want to do their job. They are about as bad as smiths next door constantly reminding you of how many minutes until they close. Get it together people !!!!!
The reason I gave a low number of stars is due to the fact that one employee name Sasil was not wearing his mask one morning. I asked him to please put his mask on sense there is a sign that states on the door and I am a senior citizen and customers need to wear a mask in the store. Moving forward I asked this man to wear his mask. He pretty much attack me with words and accused me of everytime I come in the store I tell him to wear a mask. The bottomline is he is rude a liar and spended a great deal arguing with me about his mask. The rest of the staff is respectful and follow the same rules that apply to customers. Beware this man he is nasty and disrespectful.
