Family Dollar

Almost everything you need in one place. It is on a busy street so don’t drive too fast or you’ll miss it and have to do a detour to come back to the store. At the time of this review, Google Maps had the store in an incorrect place. It has since been updated hopefully to reflect the correct location. I am Giving it a 4 star review as it was super busy Saturday afternoon with one cashier and there were carts in the aisles with things needed to be stocked.

This was the cleanest and most friendly family Dollar I’ve ever been to! It’s 8pm Friday night January 6th 2023 and the pretty woman with long braids working was mopping when I came in … she was so welcoming and super friendly and it was just extremely Refreshing to just go to a everyday place and not get someone with a attitude or go to a store so unorganized and messy you can’t find what your looking for! So I just wanted to share a positive experience !

Yes, this place was messy; however the employee was super nice and friendly. The music selection was excellent and they even had a sign posted that said " please ring the bell and don't just stand there". It also had one of the best selections of Halloween and fall decorations I've seen while visiting both Dollar Tree and Dollar General.

Service here has improved dramatically in the past few months. The cashiers are friendly, knowledgeable and keep the store clean, tidy and stocked. Keep up the good work!

Well I was there yesterday. Tuesday the 26th of July. Many empty shelves. Boxes all over the place so was hard to get down the isles. Many items were out of stock. Really hate the tall poles on the carts so one can’t take the cart outside to unload ones purchases. Had to get a employee to help me out as I couldn’t carry all my stuff as I have bad knees and shoulder. I understand the poles are to to prevent shoplifting, but it discourses me to come back and shop. I think next time I’ll go to Dollar General instead.

Several occasions I came to this particular store during business hours & they were closed. Today I went there & as I was approaching the door the store manager told me they were closed. It's one thing if you don't have the staff to open but having an employee IN THE STORE tell a customer that they're closed is unacceptable.

Despite some leaving negative reviews I always enjoy my experience with this Family Dollar. There are super friendly staff who consistently greet you when you enter and are happy to help find anything needed quickly, which is particularly helpful since the store can be a bit unorganized at times. This is only because they are constantly trying to update and better the store for their customers benefit. For those leaving bad reviews it might be beneficial to talk with the staff and get some background.

This 99th Maple location is very crowed with items. The workers are friendly. The store could be a little more organized and the clothes not thrown throughout the aisles or off hangers. I would say the workers were probably too busy but there were no customers when I arrived. I like that this place is in a convenient place off the interstate.

When is this store open!? This is ridiculous. I went here 3x this week, during business hours and its closed. Whoever is managing the store is not doing their job! None of the employees are doing their jobs.

This store like most other locations in the area has had a recent remodel. The store is more open and easier to shop. Prices are still good with a good selection of items and store is well stocked. This store still has the hand baskets unlike some other locations that only have carts. Clerk was friendly and greeted us when we came in. They would have got a 5 star rating but none of the Family Dollars have public restrooms ,which is posted at the door but since I and many others have medical issues it can present a problem All stores open to the public should have public restrooms.
