Family Dollar

This particular location is dishonest! Twice in two weeks they didn't honor sales automatically. The first time the cashier pretended not to know the pajama pants was on sale and cancelled all 8 pairs I was buying. The next time I was more determined to get the buy one get one throws so I showed the app. She had to manually adjust the price. The location on Vine Street didn't have that issue the same night!

Never returning due to very offensive encounter with a Caucasian manager and Caucasian employees! And yes I will suggest to others Not to Patronize this location. The one star is only for the chips and juice I purchased for my grandson, whom I had just picked up from preschool next door!

I was greeted upon entering. The cashier knew exactly how to direct me to the product and area I was looking for. It's clean and well organized. During check out another cashier was very polite and respectful. The entire team treated each customer with respect.

This store is always well stocked.

It wasn't crowded I knew what I wanted they had it. They didn't have no bags I'm glad I brought one with me.

This is the worst Family Dollar EVER!!! I shouldn’t give them any stars at all There was one older Caucasian lady at the cash register she wouldn’t try to return my item I spent over thirty dollars for it seemed like she was High off drugs. Everytime when I’m there she cries to me about how her boyfriend is treating her and she talks bad about her coworkers then she tries to sell me food stamps Is that even legal while your on the clock??? Everytime I ask for the store manager he’s never there this place is horrible I’m never shopping here again please take my advice everyone!!!!

The register went down. They moved folks to a new register...I went from first to last after waiting like 7 minutes. Then after waiting all that time...they forgot about me. I was waiting with the new hire for the mgr to ring me up. I just walked out...unlocking myself out. The people are nice...but only to a point and some lack professional courtesy. When customers are putting up with how slow you are; you should be able to recognized that and show respect in turn. It just shows that the wage situation in the US is damaging individual's pride about work ethic. Why care if you not making a decent wage to live on. I want be upset with them, but I cannot. It's a fatalistic situation and hollow cycle.

New Management! Store be stocked but I recently purchased from there and took additional money off my card! Now the number listed is in Colorado so I will let Ppl know if they give back my money!

I was shocked but the shelves actually were more than halfway full, and my cashier actually had great customer service. I almost was tempted to check the address to make sure I was at the rite place

This Family Dollar was awesome. The employees were professional and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure their customers were well taken care of. I would recommend this location to everyone. Great job and keep up the great work
