Family Dollar

The cashier was very nice. The store is super clean and organize wow nothing is over the place like on the other family dollar stores .THIS STORE IS A BIG DIFFRENCE NOW BEFORE WAS DISORGANIZE AND DIRTY EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE.

Had to wait outside 2 hours just for medication refills. They should have a better system. I understand safety first. But a 2 hour wait outside. Maybe a call ahead to order and pick up before closing. This way people not waiting in cars and outside during bad weather. Just a thought. Other than that the service is ok and the prices are great just be prepared to wait along time. I know if I don't like it I can go somewhere else but I like location and I like prices.

The CURRENT managers and cashier's are great! So glad they got rid of the old crew. Now, I love this dollar store!

Iretha is a very professional lady with a lot of class she really represent her position as a store manager I am glad to come back to the store in which she work I would advise my friends and family to come

This Family Dollar is a great store and is well organized. They would get 5 stars is they would provide shopping carts. So, basically you must make multiple trips to the cash registers if you have a large shopping list.

Iretha is unprofessional and rude. I've witnessed her speak extremely poorly to several customers on several different occasions. If she's the manager she's an absolute horrible representation of leadership. This lady is angry and unfriendly. Please retrain Iretha.

The young lady was very friendly she was very cheerful all the employees were busy stocking the shelf's

It's not super far from my house so I go here every now and then. It's a pretty crowded store. There isn't much space to maneuver the cart. They have a pretty good selection of what you'd expect from a Family Dollar. Also, the bags are super duper thing and you can't push the cart out of the store. So, having my kids with my bags is a bother because I can't push it to my car.

Not only does this location never answer the phone, but they lock the doors 30min+ early almost daily. This has been an ongoing problem and I'm not the only one whose complained about this. Imagine thinking you can do some quick shopping then ultimately wasting your bus trip b/c the lazy employees have locked the door half an hour earlier than suppose to. I'm making a complaint to corporate next, ridiculous.
