Family Dollar Stores

This place is a joke. It don't even deserve one star, but wouldn't post with no stars. I went in at 7:30pm store hours are posted as open til 8:00pm and the man behind the counter started yelling 5 minutes... I'm like what? Him 5 minutes. I said sign says 8:00pm. He YELLS at me 5 minutes so I'm like forget this and walk out. Then he locks the door! At 733pm How do I get a manager name and number? Gonna try to report to corporate tomorrow. This store never opens on time and closes early. Most the people are rude as hell too.

My visit was fast at the register. My cashier was very respectful! Nichole was her name. Need to clean up back a little bit more. But very good customer service.

AVOID THIS STORE. At least with the refrigerator units, they weren't consistently stocked. And a lot of stuff I've gotten from them you can't eat cause they literally taste the way the store smells. The store is always a mess, and boxes of stock laying around is just kinda something you expect from dollar stores, but this one is on a whole other level. The AC is still out, and I've reported it to Family Dollar's customer service with no response after a week. The employees said they've already been trying to get it fixed, and were even on the phone trying to get through to someone while I was there. Horrible work environment for them, no one should have to work in a place like that. It's dangerous. And maybe explains why the store is always a mess - employees are already worn out by the lack of AC.

Guaranteed subpar customer service. They don't greet you, but you'll definitely feel as if you're being watched as you shop. Not a good experience. I go to Dollar General 10 blocks further away before I'll shop at the poorly managedFamily Dollar

Have only been once...Need more room in the front entrance... The store setup makes it kinda hard to shop around without bumping into something out somebody... But great customer service

The management is just rude the regular employees are fanatics. After two bad experiences with assistance Manger will never ever shop there and it's only blocks away from me, instead I go to general dollar much farther away or Walmart even further away .get rid of management I will spend my money there again

This place is a hot mess. Like most family dollar stores, you will find boxes in the aisles for items needing to be stocked on shelves. It's a family dollar store, exactly what you would expect.

Air conditioner is leaking from the ceiling. Almost all the isles are blocked with merchandise waiting to be put up and floors are wet and filthy. What the heck is going on? Wouldn't surprise me if CEOs didn't close this location which would be sad

The air conditioning has been out since last year, and the only worker in the store had to close the store at 3:00pm, due to the heat! All the refrigerator units are out. The store is a cluttered mess.

They are to high on almost everything. Wal mart is so much cheaper. Famliy dollar lies saying that tjey have low prices when they are actually higher than most stores
