WRONG PRICES!! ********BEWARE OF PRICES POSTED AND WHAT THEY RING YOU UP FOR ****** I visited this store 2 days in a row to purchase some treats for kids. Picked up some Grandma cookies that were marked .59 cents. Got to the register. They clerk rang them up for $1.49 each, I put them back. Next time I came, I bought some Hostess snacks that were marked $2.19 a box. Got to the register and the clerk rang them up for $3.49 each,put them back. I wonder how many people think they are paying one price but ringing up something different at the register. IS THIS A PRICING SCAM FOR THIS STORE???????

This store does not follow store hours. Closes and opens whenever they feel like it, every other day I come they are open or closed at random times. When I asked for a manager I was told this store does not have a manager. As a single mom with car problems at the moment it is very inconvenient. Many other like me in the neighborhood have had enough . Many of us moms that work need diapers, wipes, and necessities for our kids and can’t get it when we need it. This is not like any other family dollar I’ve ever been to. It needs to be replaced with a store with reliable and respectful employees and managers.

New manager just took over this store we will make a great Improvement asap let me know if you have an unsatisfied experience with customer service. Customer service and safety is my number one priority.

This the most ghetto family dollar I've been to. The cashier is on the phone while ringing people up. Not to mention the hours say they close at 7pm but I just went there and it's 6:15pm and the guy says they're closed. Definitely will take my business elsewhere.

Instacart and Bikers beware. This store does not allow bikes or scooters inside and there is no bike rack or pole. If you’re an instacart shopper or someone who doesn’t use a car, I would avoid this location.

If I could put no star that’s exactly what I’d put. Store is dirty, unorganized and staff is extremely ignorant. I was told no cash after 8. What is that? Dollar general is 2 minutes away I went there no issues. Cashier was rude when I asked for the manager and information pertaining to the store and this “new policy”. She rolled her eyes neck and everything else that would move on her unprofessional body! Prices are always incorrect, this is not the first time having issues at this location, after tonight I will not return! I will gladly take my money where it is appreciated!

Horrific experience at this location!! I'd never been to this location, and stopped there on Sunday, Sept. 26, 2020 to simply purchase cleaning items, after leaving the post office across the street. The experience, upon entry, lacked normal customer service and social decorum...no one greets you and when I asked a question, and I was treated as if I were annoying the staff. First and foremost, the staff has to be the most uneducated, ignorant, and derelict group of individuals I have EVER encountered. The store itself is filthy, extremely cluttered, unorganized and looks like a crime scene waiting to happen. I will NEVER shop at another Family Dollar again!!

Stopped here as a last resort because we were pushed for time and finally found out why friends would always refuse to shop here. Place was a disorganized mess and the employees were worse. Poor representatives of what I know to be the loyal, hard working, intelligent, respectful African American woman.

HORRIBLE! PATHETIC! FILTHY! DANGEROUS! I have been here roughly 5 visits and the 4th was honestly terrifying. Any quotes are as closely accurate as possible, but obviously paraphrased - The 4th Visit - I walk in and no carts were available. I was shopping for cat food/air fresheners, then I heard multiple announcements in regards to security watching. I then heard an announcement saying “they had just locked every door Storage and Emergency Exits Included”. To further worsen things, I clearly overheard an employee say “Grab the gun from behind the safe/the register”. Guns? Seriously? I then noticed plain clothes security following me - The security man told the lady employees up front not to worry about me because “ im just minding my own business/taking my time” - Later, the lady employees saw me up front shopping and said “oh there you are! We kinda lost you and were worried you left and i wanted you to get your stuff from up front” - DO NOT ENTER THIS HORRIBLE & FILTHY STORE!

I was in line for 45 mins for 3 items and I patiently waited and never have an issue until the “store manager” sitting next to ONE lady scanning us all out.. my cashier wit glasses was friendly and enforced social distancing
