Family Dollar Stores

First time ever coming to this location and Worker rudely acted like I knew I should have checked in my bag. And then he asked me to move. I was nice about it because he needed to move a cart with an overflow of cardboard boxes on it, which fell on me TWICE and he didn’t even say sorry. I walk out. Never going there again

Rosie the store manager at this location has no sense of urgency and she lacks any customer service skills whatsoever you have two registers open but only one person checking out the customers and when you ask ROSIE if she can help this curving line she says NO ROSIE stands in the aisle where the chips and cookies are located and talks on her phone while the one cashier is waiting on all of these customers by himself mind you some people are making groceries while you have others with one or two items ROSIE THE MANAGER IS HER NAME SMH

This is my neighborhood store and I always get great prices using my coupon mailer. The staff is very patient and kind with me when I come in needing help finding things that I have coupons for. The store is always well stocked in my experience.

They treat disabled people awful. I was so excited to go there. When I get inside the manager was rude to me. I'm disabled and it's hard for me..I use a rollator.The manager was rude to me about bringing another basket in..Makes me not want to even go back. Just sad how people have no God of compassion in their hearts. The cashier guy was nice..Will give this store one more chance. Please be understanding to disabled people. We're Customers Too.

I recently visited this location to get a few needed items. The gentleman who checked us out was very nice, courteous, and kind. I think his name is, "Cain" or "Kane". Forgive me if I misspelled the name but I wanted to make sure to give him his just due and let others know how very nice he was when he was assisting me.

I have to put the best review possible. I called in from out of town and Francesca went above and beyond. She mentioned this is not her regular store, I told her will be coming in from out of town and need some balloons for a gender reveal, I just wanted to check that this store carries balloons. She went and checked and made sure she had the colors in stock and let me know she'll be there. Didn't have to take the extra steps and deserves to be recognized for her great customer service.

The young gentleman working at the counter was very sweet and helpful what I would like to share about is my experience reading these reviews the first six or seven reviews below mine are nothing but people complaining about people loitering , the shelves going empty too fast.OBVIOUSLY A LOT OF PEOPLE LIKE TO SHOP THERE OR THE SHELVES WOULDN'T BE EMPTY A LOT in the neighborhood if you don't want to go through this kind of thing go to a different neighborhood! One guy says he would like to shop in HIS neighborhood without walking into people that are loitering and a place where there's NOT a lot of people inside. Then just go somewhere else and don't live in that neighborhood you're in the ghetto what do you expect the people that work there are very nice people and they try their best

I should have taken pictures nut why when it looks the same as the past 10 plus years. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The store ALWAYS has inventory boxes all over the store. It's like walking through a maze of boxes. One scratched my leg as I was trying to navigate my way around. This is horrible and disappointing. Please do better. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

This Family Dollar is ok. It could be better organized though. It seems a bit crowded. There's always boxes everywhere, blocking isles and shelves. They seem to be low on stock for a lot of things, but I guess that's due to the pandemic because I noticed this at a lot of different stores. I barely shop at Family Dollars but if I'm in the area looking for one or two products I'll stop to run in and out. The line could move a bit quicker in my opinion.

Love this place I travel out if my way to shop here..almost every other day....they seemingly have everything...I love it...the store can be at times a bit disheveled in places... understandable people go crazy in there bc of the deals lol...the staff is the probably the most shining aspect of this store...they are usually very friendly quite courtesy and treat you as if you were, well ..family...it's a rare feeling to get these days from big chain corporate stores...Love you back Family Dollar on Almeda and Southmore..and kudos to the store manager who's always smiling and jovial ...can't wait to go back and save a buck and gets what I needss!!!
