Numerous closed checkout isles. I don't like that this is my most convenient store in the neighborhood. It wouldn't exist otherwise. Employees just standing there and will watch you sack your own groceries. This could be resolved easily. Really not the employees fault that expectations seem to be set low. Deli is always sparse and out of fresh hot food. Picture is typical of the hot deli.
I called on a short notice to the Grover store on a chicken order for the guys in the shop 15 of them & ASHLEY & BRIANNA did an OUTSTANDING JOB in taking care of me... my call was handled professionally & the food came out nice & hot... the technicians absolutely enjoyed lunch thoroughly and a happy tech is a better working tech, especially when he got a full stomach!... so again...GREAT JOB ASHLEY & BRIANNA... i APPRECIATE YOU BOTH!!!!
my neighborhood grocery store! always well stocked. always helpful staff. great bakery & deli. i can find everything i need for our house. gas discount when you spend enough.
Remodeled and cleaned up the store looks great now . Had stopped shopping there long ago I'm impressed to what it is now ,good job guys @

Your employees are so very helpful and friendly! But!! As a senior citizen I absolutely hate digital coupons! I shop at your store I should have the sales! The sales bring us in. I am telling you now you will lose a lot of the elderly if they have to use digital coupons! Most of us are happy knowing how to make a call or send a text!! We do NOT want to figure out a coupon. I left another store because I couldn't get the sales without a digital coupon.
Clean store, helpful friendly employee, fair selection of items. The only thing I am not a fan of is their digital coupons, they are difficult to use when you don't have your reward card.
This place is always sold out of everything, it can be quite irritating. The people who work are friendly enough, but they usually only have one checker. They are in a nice convenient location for me.
Decent deli with a sit down area in store. Best to hit their "ready to eat" section early as it empties out fast, this area of town doesn't have a great deal of hot food choices. Prices are otherwise what you'd expect. Place is clean.
They always have good selection of meet the parking lot is not the greatest you have to go all the way around the parking lot to get out
