Family Golf Center Miniature Golf

I use the driving range here but had a horrible experience with the rude cashier, an old chubby guy in his 50's, who often wears a red shirt and red hat. Some of you may know him but me being a nice guy, I kindly requested ONE bucket ($13.00) of golf balls to hit at the driving range. The cashier thought I said TWO buckets ($13.00 x 2 = $26.00) and said that'll be $26.00. I said, "I'm sorry, I want ONE bucket of golf balls please which is $13.00." Now ANY reasonable cashier working at Walmart, McDonald's, Wendy's, etc would understand what ONE bucket is! He thought I didn't know what I was talking about and gave me rude gestures while I try to be apologetic and trying to understand why he can't correct his mistake and charge me for ONE bucket at $13.00! So after quite a few arguments ensued, he finally gave in and took my $13.00 for ONE bucket....finally! Now I'm trying to wrap my head around this and wonder if he was trying to scam me out of paying TWO buckets when I wanted ONE bucket! I don't know what his attitude was (or why) but it was downright rude and I didn't feel like any welcoming customer who normally plays there (or someone who wasn't treated fairly). I want people to take note (and especially the owners), I am not going back to the driving range because of that cashier. Some of you may be lucky to not have gone through this but his customer service was terrible that day. I can live with the fact that the entire driving range and putt putt are in unsatisfactory condition but I'm sorry to say that this place is doing horrible business. Work on improving the facility! Work on hiring better people!

Very unpredictable business hours. Their hours state that they are open Monday through Sunday 9am to 8pm, but I have come there on multiple occasions during business hours and no one was there. It wasn't raining, snowing or any kind of bad weather, so I'm confused as to why they were closed. This happens every time I try to go there between 9am-1pm. The place to purchase food and tickets for put put and go carts is completely dark. The white shade is over the window, the windows are all closed and not an employee in sight. There isn't any sign or anything about them being closed or gone momentarily. I check their facebook page to see if they mentioned anything about them being closed today, and I see nothing. I'm tired of wasting my time driving all the way over there just to guess if they are open or not. It's to unpredictable and not worth anyone's time or gas.

Overpriced for a run down facility. $30 for 1 adult and 3 kids to play putt putt. I'm surprised go karts were even open today. They usually aren't. If you get a hole in one on your last putt you win free popcorn. My 4yr old got a hole in one and couldn't get his prize bc there was no popcorn. I asked for an icee instead and they had no icees. I proceeded to ask about go karts that my son couldn't ride either bc their double seaters were broken. The 2 singles that my older kids drove were barely working. We were all pretty disappointed.

Had a fun time but the owners really need to make some improvements, quickly.

Nice place to practice. Driving mats, wedge grass practice area.
